Soldier cracks and murders Afghans

and I don’t give a stuff. Not a damn. Shrug..so what? is my reaction. Because of things like this and this.
These bastards just murdered soldiers over a book being burned and the reaction was to apologise to them!
I’m damned sick of Westerners being held to one standard while primitives can murder and mutilate and be given virtually a free pass by our media and commentators.

Only thing I feel bad about are the kids he killed, the adults are fair game.

As for the rest of Islam,if for some odd reason I should ever find myself President my first act will be to finally declare war on Islam and drag these savages kicking and screaming into the 21st century :rant

    • Ciaron says:

Were you just looking for an excuse? :popcorn

    • KG says:

Well, Darin, when suicide bombers kill dozens of kids, I don’t see too many expressions of horror and revulsion from Obama.

      • WAKE UP says:

Obama is too busy phone-calling lesbian anti-Catholic contraception agitators (BTW, if she’s lesbian, why does she need $3000 worth of condoms annually?)

        • Darin says:

“I don’t see too many expressions of horror and revulsion from Obama.”

True, the Narcissist in chief is only worried about his re-election.Doesn’t seem to care about his 40 odd citizens killed in last weekend’s storms here,AFAIK not a peep about them. And asking Israel to hold off on attacking Iran until next year(after the election) is the height of arrogance which must be what he studied at Harvard.

          • KG says:

I don’t want to drag them kicking and screaming into this century. I want to see them eradicated, like polio.

    • Ronbo says:

As a young soldier in U.S. Army Military Intelligence during the Vietnam War in 1968, I was sent TDY (Temporary Duty) to the work with the ARVN and U.S. Marines Intell types who were documenting the massacre of over 5,000 South Vietnamese (Republicans) by the local Viet Cong and North Vietnamese.

These bastards went house-to-house in Hue during the brief Communist occupation in early 1968 and selected innocent South Vietnamese whose “crimes” were that they worked for the Saigon government at some level – like teachers or the post office employees.

The victims (AND THEIR FAMILIES TO INCLUDE CHILDREN!) were taken out of town to a killing field and executed by REGULAR ARMY NORTH VIETNAMESE at high noon of the massacre day with their hands wired behing their backs.

I should mention the NVA combat engineers had dug the mass graves a day before the murders…Everything was planned in advance by the Communists down to the smallest detail, which was to kill the babies by simply throwing them into the mass graves after their mothers were murdered.

We know this is fact, because we discovered the Ops order from the North Vietnamese Political Bureau in Hanoi…Chilling reading…like something the Nazi SS could have wrote.

      —–

Yes, in battle individual soldiers sometimes run amok and become murderers; at times even entire units are seized with mindless rage and murder innocent people, as happened at Me Lai in 1968; however, cold blooded and planned murder as done by the Communists and the Islamists is EVIL!

I say that good men would break down in the awful stress of war should be treated with understanding and compassion; whereas, EVIL men who order murder – like the Islamists and Communists – with greatest contempt and the HANGMAN!

      • KG says:

And of course, Ronbo, leftists nowadays shrug off these atrocities by always claiming that “it’s not my kind of socialism”….
Just as Pol Pot isn’t, Stalin isn’t, Beria isn’t, Mugabe isn’t, Mao isn’t.
Apparently the process is ok, just so long as the endpoint of that process is deniable.

        • Darin says:

Thanks for your perspective Ronbo and thank you for your service.
That last paragraph frames the situation exactly and also illustrates the sickening alliance between the journalists and the communists/islamists worldwide.

  2. Ciaron says:

I find it hard to condone this, just waiting for the :rant from lefty HQ.

  3. KG says:

I don’t condone it, Ciaron– it’s a terrible act. But I object to the fucking double standard.

    • Ciaron says:

      Concur. Awaiting public crucifiction.

      • Darin says:

So far just the usual howls and calls for pulling out,my feeling is the soldier in question will be handed over to the Afghans for trial and probably execution.Karzai and Obama want just one more humiliation for our military before we leave tail ordered between legs.

        • KG says:

Perhaps some of the Afghans who skin prisoners alive could be handed over to ISAF forces for trial and execution, then? In the interests of justice?
          Fat chance…..

  4. mara says:

I read that the accused soldier was engaged in a “village stability operation.” WTF! Given the sheer imposibility for success of all such “operations” in what passes for society in this ghastly, primitive country, I wonder if the poor chap just went mad with the sheer, bloody frustration of it all. I would have. Still waiting for all the facts. Yeah, ha, ha. :rant

    • KG says:

Mara, over 70 allied troops have been killed or injured by so-called Afghan allies. Hundreds more have died as the result of IED’s , some supplied by Iran and Pakistan. All the while, they’re constrained by insane rules of engagement which make them sitting targets.
I’m not surprised if one of them cracked. The miracle is that more haven’t.
Karzai is quick to describe this as an “unforgivable act” but I don’t see him using that description for Afghan troops who murder their mentors or Afghans who murder innocent people.
We should pull out of there and leave the festering shit-hole to sink back into the primitive islamic ooze.

      • oswald bastable says:

‘The miracle is that more haven’t.”

Damned right! At least amongst the troops down in the shit.

Their command lost their marbles years ago…

  5. WAKE UP says:

“I’m damned sick of Westerners being held to one standard while primitives can murder and mutilate and be given virtually a free pass by our media and commentators”

I’d go into this deeper if I had time but, briefly: one of the the problems here is that we DO hold ourselves to higher standards (and so we should) , so when things like this and (for example) Abu Ghraib etc happen, it’s a disproportionate event, stands out more as the ABERRATION it is, and the fuss is thus disproportionately bigger.
Meanwhile, for the primitives, torture, rape, murder and general insanity are merely the daily round, and thus less “remarkable”.

    • KG says:

Wakey, if we hold ourselves to higher standards, then why don’t we insist that the animals who come to the West also adhere to those standards? Look at the second link in the post–rather than horror, what we get is a deliberate cover-up of barbarous acts perpetrated by this scum in our own countries.
We claim to have higher standards and promptly import people who will never adhere to them.
Not until a politician has his own daughter raped and mutilated like that poor girl, will we see any government action on this.

      • Darin says:

I don’t think even that would do it KG.Our leftys here would wet themselves blaming everyone else except the savages.

      • WAKE UP says:

As I said KG, I could go into this deeper, but again briefly: of course, I agree with you. An integral part of our holding ourselves to standards should be the absolute insistence that others do too.

  6. Richard says:

Seems to me to be more rational, pre-emptive self-defense rather than murder…

  7. KG says:

If this man is handed over to the Afghans for trial, I’d expect to see mass mutiny on the part of U.S. and NATO troops. Simply down tools and refuse operations.
If they don’t, we are screwed.

    • oswald bastable says:

There is a time for mutiny and THAT would be IT! :censor

      • KG says:

        Yes indeed.

      • Ronbo says:

Remember what the Roman general said to Caligula to protest the many insults against the Roman military establishment, “Caesar, BEWARE THE ANGER OF THE LEGIONS!”

So that night Caligula gave the password as, “Kiss me, Sweetie.”

The nest day Caligula was assassinated by the Roman Legions for “one insult too many.”

If Obama orders the offending soldier to be tried by the Afghans, he may have just gone “One insult too many” and get the knife from a Special Forces Team.

  8. mara says:

This man will not be handed over to the Afghans for trial, read beheading. That’s a step too far even for Barry.

    • KG says:

I really hope you’re right, Mara. Hopefully he’ll be able to use a psych defence.
Incidentally, why hasn’t that creep psych in the Fort Hood massacre been brought to trial yet? Are they hoping the outrage will have died down by the time he is?

  9. thor42 says:

    I agree with kg.

The West has built and/or refurbished **hundreds** of schools. It has built new medical clinics, hospitals, roads – you name it.
We’ve given the people *and* the animals (sheep, goats etc) medical treatment. We have even given them an army of sorts – OK, not exactly a great one, but still…..

They’re just a pack of savage, ungrateful **bastards**.

Leave them to the Taliban for 20 years or so. Give them the full force of sharia law – amputations, stonings, floggings, beheadings…. the whole lot. Then, let’s see if they change their tune and come crawling back, whining and bleating for forgiveness.

  10. mara says:

Wake Up. Your “An integral part of our holding ourselves to standards should be absolute insistence that others do too.” Absolutely. Of course. Just give us a little clue as to how this will happen. I can’t be the only one who would love to know. Seriously, is this possible?

    • WAKE UP says:

      “…seriously, is this possible?”

As I’ve said elsewhere, no it’s not – at least, not at the present time. There is no reasoning with such undeveloped, adolescent people/s.
The best plan would be complete withdrawal, complete disengagement (including cancellation of aid) and a watchful ring-fencing while we wait for them to grow up.
As I’ve also said before ( as a metaphor for the total difference between “civilisations”: a culture that cannot invent the airplane should not be allowed to board one.

  11. Andrei says:

Maybe it was doing PT in a pregnancy empathy belt that blew his mind?

    • KG says:

      It’d sure blow mine.

    • Andrei says:

The very concept of soldiers doing PT in pregnancy empathy belts totally screws my brain – have we fallen down the rabbit hole into a Monty Python Skit?

Tell me I’m dreaming – please

      • KG says:

No, you’re not dreaming Andrei. This is a waking nightmare and it won’t go away until the prosperity and peace which enabled it collapses.
Watch Spain and Greece. There will be very few pregnancy empathy belts there within a year.

  12. KG says:

Oh, and I see that piece of excrement Judge Holden is still around in No Minister, commenting on something he knows nothing about. The stench is overpowering.

    • The Gantt Guy says:

Commenting on something he knows nothing about… Quite a broad topic-range, that one. In fact, start the encyclopedia at “A” and finish at “z” and you’ll be lucky to find a single subject Sludge knows anything more than oh, say, nothing a about. He’s one of the two reasons I don’t visit No Minister any more.

      • KG says:

        Same here, Gantt.
You’d think that vermin such as that driving away commenters would ring a little bell, wouldn’t you?
The only conclusion that makes sense is the blog owners a) find the filth it spews entertaining or b) they value the comment numbers above the content.

        • The Gantt Guy says:

Yup. Perhaps they learn from the bile he spits?

I asked Roger Kerr once why he allowed comments from Sludge. He replied something about free speech often exposing morons as, well, morons.

          • KG says:

Sludge is one of those people (and I use the term loosely here) who is so enamoured of his own smart-arsery that he mistakes it for cleverness. He will never attain wisdom and the humility that comes with it.
But I find it impossible to pity shit.

            • Ciaron says:

I have taken a few random peeps ove there in the last week or two and two things struck me…

1st, PM seems to be moving toward the right (maybe)

2nd, it’s a bloody echo chamber, two handfuls of posts without a comment on any of them.

  13. “I’m damned sick of Westerners being held to one standard while primitives can murder and mutilate and be given virtually a free pass by our media and commentators.”

I think many people feel this way but are not allowed to speak.
