‘A Call To Arms’

Francis Porretto:
‘..The nation is on the brink of civil war. No one can know how such a conflagration would end, or who would still be standing, whether free or fettered. But we can all know this: No matter how many or how few we are, whether we win or lose, we will be the good guys…the free men.
You cannot enslave a free man.
The most you can do is kill him.
— Robert A. Heinlein
Start composing your target lists. I have mine – and I doubt that any of them can run at 3,000 feet per second.’
Go look at the video on Fran’s site–the man who made this is serious, and I hope to God enough real Americans feel the same way.

  1. GW says:

Charles Krauthammer, perhaps the most astute pundit in America today, said that if an effort is made to confiscate weapons, it will lead to an insurrection. I would only add that it will not only be individuals, but I would expect entire states, particularly in the case of Texas, Tennessee and the like. It is truly amazing that something unthinkable but four years ago is now in the realm of the plausible, if still unlikely. But if the left overreaches on this one, it will take very little to light the tinder box. And unlike the left, we’re packing.

    • Ronbo says:

….And don’t forget this: If Obama by Executive Order commands the seizure of private firearms he has become a traitor and outlaw. Any federal politician, bureaucrat, agent, soldier, sailor, marine, etc. who obeys an unconstitutional order for the president is likewise as traitor.

The penalty for treason under the United States Code is DEATH!

…And since the courts are under control of the Feds – and due process of law cannot be carried – the fate of traitors will have to be determined by individual patriots, or militia field courts martial.

    • Ronbo says:

      @GW & KG:

What do you think of this website that styles itself as ARM – the American Resistance Movement?

      http://americanresistancemovement.ning.com/

It may be legit, but I’m smelling a big fat federal rat…like DHS…after a brief visit to the chat room, where someone almost immediately invited me to join the “patriots” for an “eight week boot camp” in “Operation Red Dawn” where rebel forces fan out all over the USA and start attacking the Feds in small unit warfare.

They even announce a date for boot camp to start: May 13, 2013, along with a list of supplies each patriot is suppose to bring, like ye olde assault rifle and mucho magazines and ammunition.

      Let’s get this right…

…you announce on the Internet for all the world to read your Top Secret Militia Plan, and invite everyone to an eight week long conspiracy/training meeting, after which the rebels move out to start the revolution?

I may be paranoid, but I smell a federal trap here.

      • KG says:

I smell a big fat rattus federalis too, Ronbo.
Wouldn’t touch it with a bargepole.

If this thing happens Patriots breaking away from the military will have units form up around them.

No tactics should be discused via open channels. That site stinks to high heaven of a Cass Sunstein puppet group.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_negative.gif

      • Findalis says:

It is. A true movement will be very secretive right now. Small numbers knowing only a few people.

If you are invited like this run do not walk away.

  2. Darin says:

Inauguration is on the 20th IIRC,Obama wants to “do something” before then. What that something is we won’t know until then. The debt fight starts shortly there after and they know if nothing gets done before then nothing will get done because the crisis will be out of the media.
Obama also does not want a executive powers fight on his hands,if he takes it to that and loses, his agenda for the next four years will be severely limited. It will be interesting to see if he lights the fuse.

On another note, the gun store shelves are clean,no rifles,no shotguns and zero ammo not even shotgun shells.Same goes for the online dealers and the reports I got from folks who attended a gun show over the weekend were even the stuff that normally never sells was moving out the door at a brisk pace.I’ve never seen anything like it.
I also realised today that I don’t have enough to go roundhttp://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_sad.gif

Question-could he be so bold as to announce his gun grab at the inauguration?

    • Ronbo says:

      Don’t worry!

The word in patriot circles is that there are plenty of guns and ammunition in friendly hands. I just got off the phone with an old war buddy, a gun store owner, who has salted away thousands of late model assault rifles, ammunition and related military equipment since 2008.

And this is just one old guy!

After all, patriots from the day Obama was elected knew that sooner or later he’d come for the guns, and for over four years have been buying and hiding weapons all over the country.

And let’s not forget the Army Reserve and National Guard armories all over the country that are “guarded” only by electronic alarm systems. These alarms can be shut off and the arms removed in the still of the night by rebels with rental trucks.

Therefore, even BEFORE Obama has started his great gun grab more than enough military style weapons and equipment already is in patriot hands, or easily obtained by determined rebels.

The only question is: does the potential rebel alliance have the BALLS to stand up for the Republic?

I think they do, but I also think they will not move until the Feds make the first violent move and draw first blood.

      The Lexington Moment…

      • Darin says:

Not really worried about supplies in a fight, think targets of opportunity ;-)

I was thinking more if no ban happens, but they tax heavily or restrict the supply of ammo. That would suck,I’m used to bulk cases of milsurp.

        • Ronbo says:

My buddies tell me they reload their own ammo, because they use up so damn much on automatic firing, which, of course, is only against the law if they catch you.

They also tell me it takes about 15 minutes for someone who knows what they doing to convert a semi-automatic .223 Bushmaster into a fully automatic M-4 from kits that are widely available.

If gunpowder is not available at the store, you can mix your own from sulphur&salt peter@charcoal.

And I understand there are videos on the Internet to show you how.

A pain in the butt and time consuming making up your own bullets, but it can be done.

          • Darin says:

Oh,I have reloading equipment, dies for all but two calibers I have, primers, powder etc.
Problem is Brass, the cases can only be reloaded x number of times before malfunctions become common. It’s very time consuming and costs a fortune compared to milsurp.
I used to pick up free Brass at the range, but these days nobody is dropping not even shot shell casings.
Oh well there is always the Trebuchet

  3. steve magendans says:

Remember Obammy saying “I have two words , predator drones “

  4. I fear that we may be headed for a second civil war should the President order that Americans be disarmed. I find that I no longer know the nation in which I was born we have changed so much. Ten years ago, I wouldn’t have believed the events of today.

    • Andrew Berwick says:

      Why fear it?

The time has come for the tree of freedom to be watered!

We all knew this was happening since the election was stolen four years ago.

      • KG says:

Andrew, any sensible person (and certainly any person who has known battle) fears it.
Because the outcome is always uncertain, the costs always enormous.
If it happens, this conflict will sort the armchair warriors from the sidelines cheerleaders very quickly.
And speaking of sidelines, I wonder how many of the lefty trolls currently festering and bubbling away in the spam bin will have the guts to physically support their lefty comrades, eh? You know, in the interests of international solidarity and all that?

    • Findalis says:

I fear that too. The Obamacare decision from the SCOTUS was our Dread Scott Moment.

  5. KG says:

“Ten years ago, I wouldn’t have believed the events of today.”
How true, for most of us.
I predicted this when O was inaugurated and was ridiculed as paranoid, a conspiracy theorist, demented old man.
Ain’t it strange, how as we get older our “paranoia” turns out to be fact?

  6. KG says:

WYOMING THREATENS ARRESTS FOR FEDERAL GUN GRABBERS
As details continue to emerge regarding gun control plans that President Barack Obama and the Democrats are pushing behind the scenes, Wyoming lawmakers have a message for the federal government: “Don’t tread on us.” Local radio station KTWO reports that lawmakers in Wyoming have proposed a “Firearms Protection Act” that provides a state-level annulment of any ban against semi-automatics or magazines that hold 20 or 30 rounds or more.

  7. KG says:

Ideally, this should never get to a Fed court. But if it does, and the court finds in favour of Washington, Wyoming will hopefully simply invite them to enforce it.
