‘Dramatic rise in plant growth in world’s deserts could be down to rising C02 levels
Good news, right? But the articles concludes with this line:
“However, despite the growth in vegetation, the negative impact of greenhouse gas emissions far outweigh the benefits and if CO2 levels continue to rise parts of the Earth will become inhabitable.”
Which is a flat-out lie, but hey, it’s hard to give up a gravy train and a cult, ain’t it?
And this:
‘BANNED aerosols that caused the ozone hole – not carbon dioxide – were responsible for global warming since the 1970s, according to new research.’
I do love watching wheels fall off.

June 2 here and people are waking up to the idea that even Canada should not have snow falling right now,but they do

All these systems that keep rolling through spawning Tornados are all early spring patterns, yet they are occuring in early Summer.I think I see a trend herehttp://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_mail.gif

New Zealand–leading the way in snivelling subservience to the U.N. Were Kiwis asked for their views, before signing?
‘New Zealand will lead the way as one of the first countries to sign the landmark Arms Trade Treaty, adopted by the United Nations, which opens for signature in New York today…’

Wonderful! This should stop New Zealand trading in arms. I’m so pleased to see that the charity wing of the Communists Oxfam is at the forefront of applauding Keys devolution of NZ sovereignty to the enemy UN.

      • KG says:

And of course, it’s a sly backdoor way of introducing more restrictions on private ownership of guns, something that would be electoral poison. Now Key can claim NZ is “required” to do so because it’s a signatory blah blah…

    • KG says:

It sure does! Especially since you probably have less than 50 knot winds. You must feel becalmed nowadays. ;-)

  6. Oswald Bastable says:

They start going on about it being windy here and I ask ‘When?’

    • KG says:

Next time you get some rain, send a bit our way, would you? There are lots of kangaroos and brolgas in town, looking for food and a hell of a lot dead on the sides of the highway.
Things aren’t looking good and this may be just the first of several missed wet seasons.

    • KG says:

Do they ask why you walk with a lean?

Why did they bother? The things are harmless enough if left to roam a local park.
We’re overrun with them here at the moment, due to the drought.

I figure let a couple females loose and Florida will have another alien species running loose like the Pythons,Monitor lizards and Anaconda.
At least those illegals don’t collect a check

        • KG says:

The more alien animals the better, I reckon. The two-legged ones are a different story though..

Looks like the cops may have prevented one of those Walt Disney incredible journey movies from happening.I can see it now-“The incredible true story of how a Kangaroo a Lama and Dolphin hitchhiked to California”http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

 Llamas spit. Horrible things and I hear they don’t even taste so great. Besides,if one went to California some nutter would propose to it or elect it.
