   It’s vital, in the exact sense, to be aware of the facts about the races, the environments that molded them, their respective diasporas, their responses to their new environments, and their behavior toward other races when an unpleasant incident, especially a cross-racial incident, occurs.

   The Mongolian race has proved capable of conforming to Western / Caucasian norms, and indeed, competing successfully within them. A great fraction of the Negro race has adapted successfully, albeit after considerable sorrow and trial. But one of the “deep” tests of complete adaptation and conformance is the acceptance of legal consequences for one’s lawbreakers and anti-socials. In this regard, Mongolians have done well, but Negroes have not. How much of that should be put down to racialist huckstering about the Evil White Man and how much is in some way innate is hard to say…but whatever the appropriate apportionment, the facts are as they are. Knowing them is essential to survival: personal, cultural, and racial.
