Socialist nonsense:

‘Mass migration one of the world’s ‘grave issues’ says Pope Francis who calls on governments to help them reach Europe and avoid any more tragedies
In a letter to the International Labour Conference, Francis warned that human trafficking is ‘a scourge, a crime against the whole of humanity’.
I’d be a damn sight more impressed if he devoted equal energy to pointing out how many lives are taken by abortion, rather than a few boats full of illegal immigrants sinking in the Mediterranean. If he mentioned the fact that the shit-holes these people are leaving are cesspits of corruption largely caused by their own rulers, and until that is fixed nothing will change. The problems and the costs merely get shifted to societies which manage at least some semblance of property rights and law. That shift will drag everybody in the West down, rather than lift third-world standards.
And who the hell does he think is going to foot the economic and social bills for mass migration, Santa Claus? I’ve said little about this Pope, because although I’m not a Catholic I detest the way people are all too ready to jump on the anti-Catholic bandwagon. But this man is a disaster, a socialist populist who seems more concerned with his image than the realities of the modern world.

KG: You of all people know never to adopt the opinions of a man in a dress.

Too right! And the sooner the traffickers are put out of business, the better.

    • KG says:

For sure. But the way to put them out of business is to kill them, not welcome their customers.

    • Veritas says:

Then why do politicians encourage it?

      • Darin says:

In order to destroy the middle class and the working poor.To pay back corrupt big business interests by supplying them with endless cheap labor. To destroy the value of their currency by borrowing money to pay for social programs for the new immigrants and the workers they displaced.

None of this is logical, but every western nation is doing it.I believe it is designed to ease the installation of one world government.

So do I. It becomes more obvious by the day.

I vote YEAH as well: The New World Order has arrived :!:

I remember years ago in the 1980s laughing at members of the John Birch Society for saying there was a “Master Conspiracy” that was slowly taking over the world that included Big Corporations, Western Politicians and Communists.

      I’m not laughing anymore…

      • Darin says:

Ron,the plan I believe is to break the world into three or four large economic and social blocs. One for Europe and the ME,another for Japan,India,Australia.Another for China,Korea and the lesser Pacific nations and finally For North,Central and South America.

I believe that national sovereignty will be a thing of the past and the coming war will re-align all the worlds powers to a point we wouldn’t recognize.

This idea was printed in a little book that a bare foot truck stop preacher dressed in ashes and sack cloth handed me to read over 20 years ago.I thought at the time he and the book were a little nuts, but since then things have been coming together.

The pieces I believe are falling into place and that crazy preacher and his book aren’t looking so crazy anymore.

“..that crazy preacher and his book aren’t looking so crazy anymore.”
Yes indeed. These days, whenever somebody describes something as paranoia or a conspiracy theory I take at a sign that there may well be something to it.

Let’s imagine: The Vatican (aka the Holy Roman Empire) has the wealth, the will, and the army to correct the global ills they perceive. What would they do? America has no money, no will, and returning Veterans treated as threats, yet what do they do? I am not a Roman Catholic, but I reckon they might, just, be a better option than governments, built on the shifting sands of public opinion.

  5. Mathew says:

Yeah it’s all well and good for elites to be lecturing the rest of us to open our doors and what not, but ultimately none of them will be around when the bill comes due, not to mention when the raping, thieving, murdering and all that starts. None of them are around when decent law abiding westerners are no longer safe to walk the streets of their cities and have to stay out of entire neighborhoods.

Perhaps when he starts hearing the cries of allah akbar outside the walls of the Vatican he’ll get it. Until then just shove off and open your own door please.

    • You have stated what I was thinking- thank you-
To add- the “good” pope also believes in wealth distribution- I say-=

first- Mr. pope- you give all of the treasures in the Vatican – (then the rest of the Roman holdings) –
until you do- do not lecture the workers and creators who earn their living!!
