Open house

This is fairly typical when dealing with bureaucrats. Effing leeches with no sense of urgency, no concern whatsoever for those who pay their inflated salaries. Bastards.

There’s a lot of whining coming from CHCH at the moment. The Labour Party are racing about promising all sorts of things and blaming the government for slow progress in the re-build. That’s politics eh? The reality is that re-building is happening and happening quite quickly. The slow start to the immense task was born of caution, as to start a re-build amidst ongoing after-shocks would’ve been hazardous. It is all very well for the bureaucrats to be over-bearing but it is yet to be established how many deaths were occasioned by poor management of building standards until the flurry of eathquakes began. CHCH is a mess and will be for many years to come.

The depressing thing is that you can’t have political freedom without a fairly high level of morality in the populace. When you go post Christian and start pulling down the Ten Commandments from your government buildings then rest assured 50 percent of the electorate are going to be voting for other people’s money to be taken by the state and given to them. The rest is all rationalizations and excuses for that fundamental fact.

At least one citizen is standing up for his rights.

A man’s home is his castle:

BTW, in the United States, unless a policeman has probable cause or a warrant for your arrest in his hot little hand, you are NOT required to produce an I.D., or even to tell him your name.

Of course, most citizens do produce an I.D. and talk to the cops, as they either don’t know their rights, or think the police have the authority to stop, I.D., and search them.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_negative.gif

I swear, HBSC has managed to appoint the most inept, idiotic, worthless clowns to every important position. I have yet to see one, ONE! that appears able to wipe their own ass without help.

Being a coward is part of the psychopath profile…BTW, in my never humble opinion Islam is a religion created by a psychopath for psychopaths as a means to organize their power over the decent, good and honest.

Check out this checklist of psychopathic traits and also notice how many Socialist politicians and Islamists have exactly the same ones.

      Coincidence? I think not.

…and on a more positive note: the UKIP, a.k.a. The British Tea Party, is apparently getting the backing of a certain Media Baron:

Not so sure, Ronbo. I know Murdoch has scores to settle with the British political establishment, but it would be difficult to reconcile him supporting UKIP (nominally an anti-immigration, anti EU party) with his support for illegal alien amnesty in the US.

Of course, I’d be bloody thrilled to be wrong.
