Global warming “science”:

How ‘ocean acidification’ could turn out to be the biggest con since Michael Mann’s Hockey Stick
‘…The alleged fraud was uncovered by Mike Wallace, a hydrologist with nearly 30 years’ experience now working towards his PhD at the University of New Mexico. While studying a chart produced by Feely and Sabine, apparently showing a strong correlation between rising atmospheric CO2 levels and falling oceanic pH levels, Wallace noticed that some key information had been omitted.
…When Wallace emailed his query to Feely and Sabine, however, he found them less than helpful.
Sabine replied that it was inappropriate for Wallace to impugn the “motives or quality of our science” and warned that if he continued in this manner “you will not last long in your career.” Having provided Wallace with a few links – all of which turned out to be useless – he concluded his email by saying “I hope you will refrain from contacting me again.”…’
This isn’t science – it’s a religious cult and a scam being defended by charlatans.

  1. Pascal says:

Yep, it’s a cult alright, but one that has the blessings of those currently ruling Western governments (which in turn adds more than just an idle threat to the words “you will not last long in your career.”)

From back in September: Fighting the Growth of Theocracy in America — Part 1

It is important to this discussion that individuals who might be subjugated by such an influence established in law understand the wider definition of religion. Religion requires no supernatural supreme entity for its existence:

Religion: a pursuit or interest to which someone ascribes supreme importance.

As will be discussed later, the new religion of the time is the supreme need of preventing world catastrophes such as CAGW er CACC. And pursuing what is known as Sustainability.

  2. Mathew says:

In the old days this same mob were gathering wood to burn those who dared to question the flat earth and us being the centre of the universe. It took a lot to shame those lying rats into their corners and it’ll be just as hard now.

  3. Ronbo says:

As a student of history, I have long noted the need for low I.Q. people (the mob) to believe the idiotic explanations for natural events that is provided by The Ruling Class. The winter is too cold. GLOBAL WARMING IS THE BLAME :!: Solution: Shut down power plants and get rid of the automobile.

In the old days if the winter was too cold it was due to witchcraft. Solution: Find a “witch” and burn her at the stake :!: If the black death caused half the town to die it was due to witchcraft. Solution: Find a “witch” tie her up and throw her into the nearest pond. If she sinks to the bottom and drowns, she wasn’t a witch. On the other hand, if she manages to float, she is a witch, so kill her.

Like the wise man said, “Nothing really changes.”

  4. Warren Tooley says:

The religion is totalitarianism. Using scientific half-truths to control the population. And any priest of theirs that doesn’t tow the line, gets no money. More specifically its ‘sustainable development’, this means anything that harms the long-term effects of the environment is not sustainable development.

On the world bank site, it used the example of a petrol car vs an electric car. One is damaging the environment, the other isn’t. So being poor and not using an electric car is against sustainable development. Because they are so aggressive and shameless, this is why they are liars too. Face it they’ve got caught with their pants down, and they don’t want their priests to tell everybody about it.

    • Pascal says:

“this means anything that harms the long-term effects of the environment is not sustainable development.”

Question any Sustainability nut at length to determine “What is the one thing the planet has too much of?” and they will eventually tell you “Human beings.”

      “The religion is totalitarianism”
What is the most consistent accomplishment of 20th Century totalitarian governments?
From millions to scores of millions of deaths of their own subjects. The total in Red China alone: 80 million.

Next: take a hard look at the unvarnished character of the majority of member states and their delegates to the United Nations.

Now: what must one rationally suppose would be the consistent accomplishment of any global totalitarian government?

It should not be too much of a challenge to gradually convince future victims of their personal danger from this movement. The biggest challenge is in getting them to listen long enough for it to dawn on them why these megalomaniacs need to lie.

Next: Expect them to become increasingly ruthless in suppressing the truth.

  5. GW says:

The solution is threefold. One, permanently cut off all government funding for experiments by scientists who fail to cache and make available all pertinent data and meta data that would allow their experiments and findings to be duplicated. It’s called the SCIENTIFIC METHOD. Two, cut off all funding to institutions who employ scientists who fail in regards the above. And three, start prosecuting these bastards for fraud.

    • Warren Tooley says:

Well actually GW, all we need to do is demand that the government have the same standards that they expect us to follow. If I sell you a car, and a wheel is munted, I need to in some way or another tell you. The Fair Trading Act’s definition of misleading conduct is when you do not give full disclosure of all relevant facts, relating to the buyer’s decision.

The example that was used, is if you say low interest loans, those on low incomes will think they qualify, so it is misleading unless the advertisement states normal lending criteria applies. I read this in the Fair Trading Act explanatory guide, and at the front it states this is so that our laws are close to other nations laws. So as you say these people have committed fraud http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_negative.gif, as they are getting money by not giving full disclosure of the facts. So when will we hold the government to the same standards they expect from us?

    • Pascal says:

      Very good plan.

Now: Who will bell the cat?

      • KG says:

Hah! The crucial question, as always.
        All else is merely talk.

      • Warren Tooley says:

        Hi Pascal,

All it takes is for a few people to tell their electorate MP, that they consider this whole global warming thing to be misleading conduct, and how can they enforce the law on others but not these fraudsters. I would also suggest you use facts, so they don’t think you are a conspiracy theorist. You want to catch these scientists with their pants down.

Now, if you want it to be really powerful, state I am giving you notice that, if you do not respond within 30 days I will let my people know, that you have not rescinded my claim, and my claim therefore stands. The word notice has a very significant meaning. If you get a notice, you have to either prove the notice is based on nothing but lies, or you need to take it seriously. For instance you need to move in 6 weeks. If you rescind it, it must be rescinded within a certain timeframe, or else it has legal significance, even if the notice is based on nothing but lies. In tennis, you want to hit the ball in the other person’s court, and if they ignore it they lose a point. And this is how the legal game is played, hit it in the other person’s court.

Now, Craig Foss made changes, once I gave him notice as to how I knew kiwisaver fees were astronomical (which was true at the time) and if he didn’t do something, I would tell. Within a month he made the necessary changes, that makes things by far more workable.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_good.gif

And here’s the funny part. My claim is the ridiculous and pointless regulations on financial advisers, is why kiwisaver providers have to charge ridiculous fees. Part of his response, is that kiwisaver providers don’t need financial advisers to operate, so their is no connection at all. So now I know that even I can be a kiwisaver provider. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

So when, you give these people notice, that if they do not respond within a timeframe, you will tell everybody. Only then do things happen. That incident is the only time, things have changed. With everything else all I hear is excuses. The principle is consent of the governed. And if not doing anything will make them lose votes, that’s when they take it seriously.

So, I will in some way or another practice what I preach. I already told my electorate MP at at public meeting, that this ETS solution hasn’t done a d. thing for the environment. And I will remind him of this. I’m also thinking of moving to kingsland to become an independent candidate, to just absolutely slaughter the Greens. I actually don’t care whether I win or not, I just want to humiliate  these people. Most importantly be ready for a response.

        • Pascal says:

I’ve been that route Mr. Tooley many times. The more you obstruct the scoundrels the more they recognize you and work to stop you from doing it again. Still, I like your youthful enthusiasm and wish you much success if you stay true to the ideals of this site.

So I’m going to be as kind as I can be in the hopes that you can learn something useful. I’m as old as our host. Like him, I lay no claim to knowing everything.

It is very hard for one man to fight alone. Read Ibsen’s play “An Enemy of the People.” If you really want to change the world using the rules of the game, then you need to understand how those in power know how to play the game against one man no matter how well credentialed and well meaning he is. For any meaningful long-term gains you need to form a bloc first. A strong bloc.

Conspiracy? Your bloc will be conspirators too. Any group that knows they are up against great odds in an increasingly nasty world better be. And from the overwhelming mountain of evidence, this is setting up to becoming the nastiest world ever in terms of human demise.

I find it extremely sad that there remain those who claim to be conservative or religious who shut down automatically at any thoughts they fear sound conspiratorial. There are indeed stupid conspiracy theories in large abundance; all the better for real conspirators to operate unmolested.

This is in the same world where “all the smart people” automatically denounce those same conservatives and religious people.

HGWells laid out the pattern in his book The Open Conspiracy. http://www.voltairenet.org/IMG/pdf/Wells_The_Open_Conspiracy.pdf

Its plan has been followed in any institution that the Progs came into power. Today it is the rare Western institution that has not been taken over by people who go along to get along — like the threat aimed at the science scholar by the “scientist” who held back his research data.

The Progs follow the precept “no enemies to the Left” because the Left provides the shock troops that have withered Western culture to the extent that you need to get involved yourself.

In all that you may do, you never need to mention anything about conspiracy. All you need do is insist that the scoundrels you have targeted don’t wiggle away without them losing. But because they have backers, you need to come to grips with that. If you can’t — because the idea of the scoundrels having equally or more illicit backers sounds like conspiracy theorizing — then do yourself and your community the favor of staying out of politics. We live in a world where politics is now open warfare carried out by other means. And the worst sort of creatures are at war with anybody not themselves, but most certainly the man filled with common human decency. Or with any true adherent of the Judeo-Christian Ethos of live and let live.

If you want facts to back this opinion, I can provide them. But if you have any sense you have a boatload of your own.

          • Warren Tooley says:

Pascal I understand exactly what your saying. So in this case part of the strategy, that I’ve used is to just let it out first, before doing anything. About a year ago, I put 850 fliers in people’s mailboxes over a particular issue. Soon after doing this, I did notice some changes. I’m not saying the problem was completely fixed, just that they have become more mild in their approach. Let’s put it this way, these people used to say 33% of kiwi women enter into a violent relationship, because of violent men.

When women’s refuge, was asking for money, they didn’t dare say 33%, they said family violence is high. And Jacinda Ardern’s site used to say the 33% statistic, now she doesn’t. Because when David Cunliffe started his stance, saying the statistics are unfavourable towards men, I said hey, men don’t complain over many things. They try to live through it and be tough. And 33%/20 = 1.67%. So your moaning about the fact that if someone has gone on 20 dates, they have at least a 33% chance that one of those 20 will be violent, and mental cruelty is a form of violence according to the police, but is hard to prove, and so if men are stronger in physical violence, what about invisible violence. After I mailed out fliers, and suggested what action people could take within a month, those feminist posters went down, that is in the areas I delivered my fliers. And now, the new ones are much more mild. ‘Love is not violent’, is what their posters now say.

So yes, I have emailed politicians, I do know what its like to get nowhere. But I do know what works. The other thing is that their are certain treaties that our politicians have to adhere to. And if you know what those treaties are, you can use it to your advantage. My brother taught me, what those treaties are. And when he would fight he knew how to do it.

So I understand if you feel frustrated, cause a lot of people do. I’m just saying that with the exact right combination you can win. But at the same time I do see your wisdom, in that you don’t want to be the only one fighting. You want to get a team. Anyhow I’ve talked to people who’ve gone through a certain path, and these corrupt people stay a mile away from them, because these people know their secrets.

I don’t want to explain too much of what it is, only that their are ways that do work, and these people say its the only way to go. One of the things I’m saying is the way the system works is very different to how most people think it operates. Here’s a clue, all nations that borrow money, or export goods must adhere to the Uniform Commercial Code. These are rules that relate to anything to do with business, sales, debt or money. And yes a graduate lawyer that I talked to on the train agreed that our international treaties are more and more about the uniform commercial code. And guess what, he only found out just before he graduated. So, I’ve found out just how many of our laws relate to the UCC, and those that we borrow from are holding us to it.

So I guess what I’m saying is its not just about saying this is wrong, its about knowing what weapons will work, and which ones won’t.

Finally Winston Churchill (not Winston Peters) said fight when you can, because if you don’t fight when you can, your opponent will be impossible to beat. And that’s what’s happening with schools pushing this whole silly Green rubbish. So if its just too late to change things, I’d rather die than be a slave.

    • Robertv says:

Talking about funding . If you follow the money you will find at the end of the road the Federal Reserve . It is this organisation who has the ultimate power. Government is just a tool in the hands of those who control the Central Bank. There can not be a We The People while this organisation is in power of the money printing . The power behind the Federal Reserve system is the cancer of the world.

      Well, of course KG.

Heck, mark my words. It’s only a matter of time before ISIS joins this trend.
Their slogan: “Doing more for Sustainability than the lying, two-faced Western world.”
