All taxes, what few there should be,should be only sales and tariff taxes collected solely by the individual states.Only 5% of GDP should be sent to the feds for national defense.Leave the tax money and the control of that money in the hands of the people from whom it is being collected.

The IRS has been nothing but an abusive, tyrannical group of bureaucratic oligarchs for well over 50 years. It’s time the evil empire be brought to an end.

It’s the IRS version of the money laundering law. Dates back to the early 90’s when drug runners were depositing tons of cash into banks and then sanitizing it so it appeared legal. It’s gone from being a constitutionally questionable, targeted tool to combat large scale money laundering by organized crime into being an abusive tool for government overreach and padding the government coffers.

The powers to examine, extort and confiscation possessed by our local tax collectors would be the envy of any gangster/racketeer: And they have all been legalised!
