The NZ Herald is peddling bullshit

Remember we posted on the massive propaganda push by the U.N. and how media outlets were being paid to peddle this litany of lies, errors and outright bullshit? In today’s Herald we have a fine example, littered with errors, omissions and unsubstantiated assertions:
The war on climate    Comment on the environment from nzherald.co.nz columnist Sam Judd’
This is not news, or even informed opinion. It’s blatant propaganda, and it will work because so few people bother to check the facts and even fewer are scientifically literate.
Typical Fairfax Media.

Of course global temperatures rose sharply throughout the twentieth century, Krakatoa erupted, the ash cloud caused temperatures to drop, alot. Records prior to that event are left out, unless they add grist to the mill. The oft mentioned River Thames ice fairs are used to support the lie. No mention of the higher temperatures in England during the Roman occupation. A hockey stick is for whacking hookey ideas out of heads. I’m no scientist, neither do I read deep stuff, I just don’t trust something being thrust down my throat. Skeptic I am, maybe paranoid.

I got as far as …… “it is irrefutable as the President of the United States said recently.” Couldn’t stomach anymore.

  3. Michael in Nelson says:

Ever notice that the more the facts show Climate change isn’t affected by man’s activities, the more strident and vicious the Warmists get? Their punishments for non-believers rival ISIS for brutality.

    • KG says:

Because in both cases it’s a faith that’s being attacked, Michael. Not facts.

As I’ve said before, I no longer bother to argue science with these cretins. What’s the point? They’ve got enough scientists and journalists in their pocket for the lie to drub the truth every time. Besides, if you argue the science then you’re defacto conceding to climate action when the matter is “settled” by team Globalist. Their response is predictable. “The deniers would agree to action if they knew the truth.”

Personally I simply declare that I withhold consent for action on my behalf.

“I have no interest in the science. I find that whether climate change is real or not is of no relevance to me. I have no faith in any governing body to intercede effectively without causing more harm than they prevent. I withhold any consent to act on my behalf. In other words, leave me out of your fascist authoritarian solutions.”

This forces the true nature of the battle into the light. To continue the debate they must concede that they intend to tyrannise you, regardless of your stance. We all know this is the crux of the matter, but they can no longer continue the argument without casting aside their fuzzy, caring facade and revealing their claws and fangs.

Individualism standing up to collectivism is like cryptonite to the left. They thrive on framing themselves as the minority underdog champion of the little guy. Framing them instead as the authoritarian jackboot stomping on the man in the street drives them nuts.

Even the submission form is nonsense. Their’s no way the format allows for my ideas. So I’m just going to email the minister directly.

  6. Warren Tooley says:

I just did it sent my letter off to the minister for the environment. Because as I said the submission form doesn’t allow me to express my thoughts. My letter is a page.
