Ready for re-education camps?

“But Judge Berman, who was appointed by Bill Clinton, disagreed, effectively overruling the judgment of the two licensed psychological counselors the U.S. probation department had approved as part of D’Souza’s criminal sentence.”

So we see here the lunatics are in fact running the asylum.

I used to use the term “fascist” as a kind of humorous exaggeration of the authoritarian left. Unfortunately, it’s no longer humorous or an exaggeration.

The only bright point in this whole affair is that picture of Dinesh with his English students. The left may have unwittingly put the Fox in with the Hens http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_cool.gif

“I only insisted on psychological counseling as part of Mr. D’Souza’s sentence because I wanted to be helpful,” the judge explained.

…..is highly intelligent, he has remarkably little insight into his own motivations, that he is not introspective or insightful, but that he tends to see his own actions in an overly positive manner. — The projecting judge concern troll continued.

You cannot make this stuff up.

  5. Pascal says:

You know they are building a case against us with our own words KG, doncha?

Well, it only seems fair that we provide them some insight as to how their predecessors, the apparatchiks of the Soviet Union, wound up in the Gulag once they were considered more a threat than of further use.

Here is what will be among the mental institution charges against Judge Berman:

“I consider the original crime in this case is an insight issue,” [they] continued. “That Mr. [Berman] committed this crime involves a colossal failure of insight and introspection. The case notes also say Mr. [Berman] has weaknesses in controlling his own impulses and that he is prone to anger in reaction to criticism.”

    He wrote it for them.

As the only former political prisoner among the group of Crusader Knights – what is being done to D’Souza in 2015 – is pretty much along the same lines as what was done to me during my four year federal prison for an alleged assassination attempt against President Clinton in 1994.

I was sent to FCI Butner, N.C. and forced into the mental health care unit there by a federal judge. While in this snake pit I was diagnosed as being “Bi-Polar” (Extreme Mood Swings) by a quack psychological doctor with strong ties to the U.S. Secret Service. As per condition for my release from the snake pit, I was forced to take medication.

Fast forward to 2003 – after numerous complaints by me to the Veterans Administration – I was given a psychological re-examination by competent mental health doctors and they found no indication that I was “Bi-polar” or suffering from any other mental health issue.

Of course, I did not advise the VA before my real reason for the re-examination because I knew I was quite sane – but I thought their evaluation would be superior to civilian doctors. I did advise the U.S. Secret Service – the authors of my misfortune – of the new diagnosis by GOVERNMENT doctors, but oddly they have been silent of this issue. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

Therefore, fellow Crusader Knights, the U.S. Government has finally sunk to the level of the late infamous Soviet Union – If you oppose The Party on anything, you must be insane.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_wacko.gif

I am considered a “Class III” threat to the U.S. Government and still watched by Homeland Security, the local police and the U.S. Secret Service.

But like my dad said, “Son, if you reach retirement age and aren’t hated and feared by the Feds, you haven’t lived!”http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yahoo.gif

Oh yes. We see that charge levelled at us in lots of ways:
Grumpy old bastard. Living in the past. Doesn’t understand that the world has moved on. Always ranting about something called liberty. Hates his own government….

    • Pascal says:

What happened to you personally Ronbo is far worse than what has happened to D’Sousa.

But for breaking new ground, his case is disastrous for America. And to make matters worse, he appears to be accepting of it, something you would never be.

First off he chose to plead guilty even though he had connections and resources you lacked.

Secondly, his felony was a definitional political crime: providing money to candidates over some arbitrary limit set for the benefit of those already well politically connected. It was not for a trumped up charge of contemplating murder. Because on the face of it — where the alleged target was a politician — does your case come close to being called a political crime (even if politics was the reason).

Had D’Sousa fought it as many of us were hoping he would, he would have had HIS chance at preventing his case from setting horribly bad stare decisis.

How many of us wish we had both standing and resources to fight a case like his? Damn the man. With each new wrinkle added to his woes adds to the building precedent. As far as I’m concerned, D’Sousa is a willing participant in setting this horrible trend that is greatly helping create a new Soviet system in the USA. Ef him.

Don’t undervalue your sacrifice by comparing your case with his. I think he’s fine with what is actually a non-threatening sentence as long as he can continue to peddle his books and movies to fans who think he’s some kind of hero. I am fed up with these bastards who claim to be for the Right but fold when they have an actual chance TO SET THINGS ARIGHT! Ef him double.

    Absolutely, Pascal! Damn right.

    • Ronbo says:

Thanks for the kind words, Pascal!

Yes, what you have said about D’Sousa is absolutely right in MNHO – He should have stood his ground, demanded his day in court and fought the fascist bastards on the field of legal combat to the last ditch.

However, the outcome would have been the same for him as for me – he would have went up the river for X number of years, because the outcome of a political trial is never in doubt – YOU WILL BE FOUND GUILTY.

So there it is….The Feds are going to screw you and your only option is that if you say you’re sorry and “Cop A Plea” you get screwed a little bit less hard than if you stand your ground, in which case the Feds throw the book at you, and after your release from prison you get that extra police “protection” for the rest of your natural life.

You see, above all, as George Orwell noted in 1984, Big Brother Fed wants you to not only confess your “crime” but to come to love him. D’Sousa is getting the extra dose of punishment because the Feds can see his confession and apology were false. This is D’Sousa’s wake up call from hell, because the Feds will keep adding on punishment during his probation – and at the end of the day I predict he will be sorry he confessed and threw himself on the mercy of the court.

I was one of the minority who chose never to strike my colors, or give an apology which enrages the Feds who know they have been defeated.

Yes, I can be killed or chained to a dungeon wall for life, but Big Brother Fed knows he has been defeated – because I still hate him – and if I had the power, I would destroy him.

Yes, the Feds fear me…. and well they should! Now do the math – my case is not isolated one, the Feds have been busy for decades creating more and more people like me who study revenge and get more angry at them with each passing day…kind of like Dr. Frankenstein creating the monster that will turn on him.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_good.gif

With this I have to disagree on a couple points.First this most certainly isn’t setting a trend, the government has been behaving like this for decades,it’s nothing new.Normally they use the IRS to punish their opponents and the punishment usually ends in a lifetime of poverty, prison and on occasion suicide. Most times no one ever hears about it,it’s a legal Katyn. This is one of many times where the object is to smear and silence,a different tactic must be employed than the scorched earth tactic in order to defeat this.

Secondly you must pick your battles. No amount of money or position is enough to win a fight with the fed.Remember Bill Gates? His crime was not donating as much money to the Clintons campaign coffers as they wanted,so the Clintons via the justice dept and commerce dept raked him over the coals for half a decade. I’m no fan of his,but if they can do it to him,one of their own ilk, what chance would D’Sousa have?

Given the circumstances I think he made the right choice,he did what they weren’t expecting. They wanted a prolonged public fight to demonize him and destroy his reputation,he would I believe been handed a much stiffer penalty had he put up a hard fight and probably ended up tucked away behind bars and away from his best weapon which is his pen.

I am all for resisting, but sometimes you must calculate the best path to carry on the resistance.

    • Pascal says:

To be fair, everything you laid out was likely the same things he heard from his lawyers. Underlying my position is that he assumed a role as advocate for what made America great, and made good money in doing so very well. Rather than repeat much of what I said, I now ask how his not facing a jury instead of expecting mercy from a Leftist is working out for him and us?

      http://www.breitbart.com/big-government/2015/07/15/the-political-persecution-of-dinesh-dsouza/

The way things are turning out, everything his guilty plea was hoping to prevent has literally put him at the mercy of those who are ruthless.

    • Pascal says:

BTW, he has grounds to fight this tough sentencing for a political crime based on violation of his rights under the 8th Amendment. I’d have a team scouring court records for this judge’s language when sentencing criminals for heinous crimes. I suspect his being filled with the missed-placed human kindness associated with SJWs. Then use the inconsistencies to demonstrate the judge is off his rocker. It’s a ploy that has succeeded.

      • Darin says:

I maintain that he is a target for the left and nothing will change that.If he went before a jury I could just about guarantee the jury would be stacked against him.The people we are fighting against are by definition lawless, the law as far as they are concerned only applies to their enemies.
If he had stood before a jury and was found guilty, then the judge, this same judge would have been free to pile on the years in prison to the maximum allowed. When the time comes for patriots to make sacrifices that big, then it will be time to start shooting, this is not the time yet.

  9. Pascal says:

Another example of selective enforcement of the rules.

    http://www.gopusa.com/news/2015/07/16/man-fired-over-anti-gay-posting-sues-ford-job-firm

[Five months after a complaint was filed with the EEOC for discrimination by his former employer for expressing his beliefs outside of his place of employment,] the EEOC decided not to pursue the complaint, notifying Banks and the Liberty Institute of its decision on April 13.

There are many groups and individuals ready to fight to defend all that D’Souza had previously praised.

Meanwhile the older institutions of liberty that were built to help support the dream continue to crumble from within.
