‘Electoral Commission warns Kiwis against sharing photos of flag voting papers
Kiwis posting photos of their completed flag voting papers online are breaching the spirit – if not the letter – of the law, the Electoral Commission has warned…’
To hell with “the spirit of the law” – either it is illegal or it isn’t. If it isn’t, don’t effing well presume to “warn” citizens, you arrogant pack of leeches.
Just spoilt my voting paper and will post it tomorrow. It is quite liberating.
Just about to do the same, Mawm.
I wonder if they’ll tell us how many papers were spoiled? (I blacked out the identifier code as well)
KG, I’m mulling over what the most effective response should be;
(a) just ignore and circular file it.
(b) vote just for the ugliest in the hope that it wins only to lose in round 2 (then again it may not).
(c) return a suitably defaced paper.
I had noticed the identifier code and also thought about removing it.
I wonder how much longer our various regimes in the West will allow voting…I mean everything has been decided in advance by the “Philosopher-Kings” on high – so why bother We The People with voting? Time waster, heh?
It’s been a waste of time for very many years now, Ronbo.
The only vote that matters is the vote we make among ourselves.Vote with your feet,vote with your wallet and remember to turn the screw on the bastards every chance you get.
Amen!
It wasn’t very good ass wipe
My web site photo of how to make invalid vote and keep our flag. Itake all responsibility for my photos wherever they go
