(I should point out that in effect every post is an “open house”, since there’s never been any objection to off-topic comments in CR.)

Trade Experts: Trans-Pacific Partnership ‘Vehicle to Pass Obama’s Climate Change Treaty’
Separation of powers”? pfft, who needs it?  Congress is a rubber stamp.

    https://youtu.be/KAm7qAKAXwI

    Ridiculously simple,but utterly brilliant.

    • KG says:

Why couldn’t a shoplifter simply de-magnetize the tag?

      • Wombat says:

We’re not talking about rocket scientists here. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_whistle3.gif

I figure if you’re smart enough to figure out how to beat magnetic tags and you’re still bent on a life of crime then you’re probably going to move higher up the criminal chain than being a shoplifter.

That said, learning small time crookery is not a bad time investment for anyone potentially facing a future on the wrong side of the law. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_scratch.gif

        • Darin says:

You would need an AC source to demagnetise the strip.A simple magnet will just change the polarity.

          • KG says:

Still not so hard to do, I think.

            • Darin says:

No,but like Wombat says,we aren’t really dealing with the brain trust here.

Like the woman that was busted passing through town here a couple years back. She was muling drugs from Mexico to the east coast.Stopped in town to go to Walmart, while there she shoplifted a $1.98 candy bar and was caught out in the parking lot by store security who called the cops.
The cops didn’t like her story, added up all the pieces and searched the car for drugs. She had over $2million in cocaine in the cars drive shaft and tucked away inside the door panels, but got busted pocketing a candy bar.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_scratch.gif

I really am trying my best to stay as detached as I can from politics lately, but I ‘ve got to admit, its shit like this that really makes me foam. These Marxist bastards (ABC) and their comrades have to pay a price someday.

Anti-government extremists known as “sovereign citizens” have been identified as a potential terrorism threat in Australia by a confidential NSW Police report.

    http://www.abc.net.au/news/2015-11-30/australias-sovereign-citizen-terrorism-threat/6981114

    • Wombat says:

“The US Department of Homeland Security has listed them as the number one domestic terror threat in America.”

      http://conservativetribune.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/09/2014-09-12-Truck-Message.jpg

      About sums it up.

Islamists are a threat to the people of America.

Sovereign citizens are a threat to the Government of America.

Take a guess at which threat the Government is more concerned about.

      • KG says:

I have to say, the days of reflexively supporting the police are over, for me.
And that’s all I’m saying for now. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_whistle3.gif

        • Wombat says:

I was just thinking about that today.

Time was, if a police officer was under attack you’d support them without thinking twice.

Now? Only if the other fucker was obviously a muslim.

And you know what, when I see cops or talk to them I get the sense that know there’s been a shift in public sentiment toward them.

Pretty soon they’ll get to choose sides.

          • KG says:

I think many of them have already chosen, Wombat. They already refer to citizens as “civilians”.

    • The Gantt Guy says:

That’s great, but will it be enough to stop the rest from consigning us to lives of servitude and serfdom? After all, to get the “emissions” “reduction” “targets” the more extreme (both parties in NZ, both parties in Aus, both parties in the UK – you get the picture) want, they’re going to have to find a way to wipe out 6 in every 7 people on the planet. And de-industrialise the globe.

  7. KG says:

Spending other people’s money – it’s what leftists are good at:
‘Malcolm Turnbull has promised to spend “at least” $1 billion helping vulnerable nations cope with climate change.’

    • The Gantt Guy says:

And our very own little tin-pot dictator John Key has promised a further $200 million.

      BASTARDS

      • mawm says:

$200 million of our money for something he thought was not happening but he says is now happening as he plans for his future in a tenured position at the UN. He’s worse than Clark.

        • The Gantt Guy says:

Clark was always open about being a Fabian Socialist. She was Prime Minister whilst leader of the Party that is radically Marxist in its core.

Key, on the other hand, is a termite.

Yes, he’s worse than Clark. By orders of magnitude.

  8. Magoo says:

I knew Obama was going to try to sleaze a climate change clause into the trade agreement. The thing to consider is, who needs who more in the agreement? The US is the giant market everyone wants access to.

I’m a Cruz supporter, but I think if Trump becomes President he would tell them to fuck off regarding climate change, and if they tried to punish the US he’d just shut down their access to the USA markets.

    • KG says:

Which, Magoo, is why Trump has such a huge following.
The snide put-down that “somebody with experience” is needed in the WH is an offensive joke, considering the present inhabitant.

  9. KG says:

    • Wombat says:

      Fucking scum!

The only thing these parasitic bankers give a fuck about is sucking us dry and tossing us away.

      • The Gantt Guy says:

Wrong. The parasitic bankers care about money and power. They don’t give ‘us’ so much as a passing thought, other than maybe we feature somewhere on a Risk Register (as in, ‘If the sheeple ever wake up to our schemes, they may hang us from the nearest lamppost’). We are something they may scrape off their shoe.

Uh Oh! The dems may be in trouble-

    http://thehill.com/homenews/campaign/261543-trump-insists-most-black-pastors-endorsing-him

This is happening, blacks that I have talked to offer up Trump as their first choice in 2016.These are mostly working class blacks, but it is bad news for dems. The nearly solid dem voting block is starting to show cracks in it’s foundation between the misery Obama has delivered and the incursion of illegals flooding in and taking over neighborhoods.
