‘VLADIMIR Putin today showed David Cameron how Russia deals with homegrown terrorists as he launched a huge crack down on Islamic State (ISIS) recruiters.
The iron-fisted president has called in his feared secret service to round up thousands of jihadis just hours after it emerged that British police are wilfully letting our extremists flee to safe havens abroad.
Moscow has identified more than 2,900 of its citizens suspected of joining ISIS and other radical Islamist groups, and is actively hunting them down both at home and abroad.
…Agents have launched a huge crackdown to destroy the terrorists’ financing operation in Russia and have completed 5,000 checks on the accounts of suspicious people and companies, leading to 270 prosecutions…’   Link

    I damn near want to put a “Putin For President In 2016” bumper sticker on my truck. Our budding caliph in chief should be supporting a partnership with Russia instead of mincing about with his brothers in Islam.

    Of course, I could be talking out of my ass (again) but I don’t see this as an American problem, a Russian problem or a French problem. This is a global problem, of epic proportions; and if the people of the world don’t set aside their petty differences, grow a set of stainless steel balls and form an alliance to fight off terror and tyranny, we all may as well roll over and assume the bitch position on our knees.

    What concerns me is that we have increasingly had to put up with govt interference in our daily lives by way of surveillance and snooping yet when there is reason to think that all this snooping would achieve something its proven to be useless. It follows that govts are not interested in terrorists at all – just your money and to ensure you tow the liberal / socialist line. Very concerning.

        I don’t think so. Obama isn’t stupid. He’s quite cunning and his policies are having their intended effect.

        Putin would regard him for what he is. A globalist cutthroat with a very large military force temporarily at his disposal.

    My concern is that we have a govt so incompetent, so disingenuous that many are cheering for a totalitarian crack down manifested by a ruthless gestapo. To put this in perspective, the alternative which vigilante justice offers seems more tenable. The two are one saving that the former is the state, the latter is the people.

    It is the culture that allows the virus to flourish. Therefore, I say lets get after the elite like il douche (misspelling intentional) the Chicago streetwalker and that ilk.

    I think everyone in the West – aside from us Crusaders – have missed the real meaning of Putin’s rise to power over a decade ago – He is the first of what I predict will be a wave of modern day nationalist strongmen taking over various countries – especially in the West World – where America has her own Strongman-In-Waiting THE DONALD.
