The headline contains a posdsible error in that it links Christianity with World Vision. They appear to be charlatans.

They sure do appear to be charlatans, hiding behind the “Christian” label.
I thought “liberation theology” had had its day, but it appears to be making a comeback.

Haven’t given to World Vision in years. They long ago lost any Christian direction and lost all ability to account for the money they collect. It comes as no surprise that great globs of donations have been diverted to Hamas. You see the same sort of rot setting into organizations like Banardos and even the Salvation Army. The socialists infiltrate and suddenly it ceases to be a form of Mission service and becomes social welfare. Sooner or later, the entitlement mentality creeps in, then it is only a matter of time before the organization is corrupt through and through. Sad.

NGO’s,I’ve been warning people about them for years.Power beyond the scope of a legal government, funded by taxpayer money and charitable donations.Almost no accountability for the money and no government oversight.

Do not donate to any worldwide charity. They are all diverting the money to either their own pockets or to some muslim radical group. Keep it local………. or of course you could donate to a really good cause – the Clinton Foundation. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_wink.gif

Former CEO of World Vision Australia is Tim Costello, brother to our former Treasurer Peter Costello. Tim is politically opposite Peter, which has long enabled him to lecture his fellow Australians about ignoring poverty around the world while enjoying a very healthy pay packet and associated perks. 2007 figures: Cash, Salary & fees $209,655 Superannuation $41,890 Total $251,545.
And by the way, ‘former’ doesn’t mean he’s left World Vision. He’s got a new job – chief advocate. Presumably that translates into ‘internationally accredited finger-wagging scold.’

The moment any charity television advertises or puts commission-only fruggers on the street is a declaration that it has broken through the fixed cost ceiling and consumes more than it doles out Starvin’ Marvin.

To avoid paying a tax on stupidity, don’t donate a single thin dime.
