A ‘Victim charge’ of 85 pounds??!! Who one of the traumatised office workers whose greatest risk taking is filing their nails?!
I see a couple of roofers were fined later for a safety violation. Sounds like there is a nosey Parker across the way ratting on hard working folks.
Apparently it’s a fee they charge everybody that goes through the court.AKA just another way to steal money from the peep’s.
I figure the construction worker took one for the team by admitting it.If he had denied it,then they probably would have shut the job down pending an investigation.
I don’t see what the big deal is really,I’ve done the same onsite before.Sometimes there isn’t anything to belt off to and I trust my grip better than a crane operator who may have been fighting with his old lady that morning or is stoned off his ass on weed.

To put it bluntly, the bureaucracy is holding a working stiff accountable in large part for what might have happened (injuries to people possibly underneath him at the time.)
But there is no accountability for bureaucratic policies that have led to wide bloodshed. There is no might have there, only inevitable you [redacted].

The picture on Drudge is both photoshopped and absolutely correct – the blood of innocent people are on the hands of Merkel – she invited the Muslims.
BTW, I was an American soldier stationed in Berlin during the 1970s and saw first hand what the German military and law enforcement does to terrorists when released by their government to kick butt and take names….and more….like the dead bodies of a terrorist shot dead in the early morning in front of the Berlin Headquarters of the U.S. Army. I talked to a U.S. military policeman who witnessed the incident several weeks later and he said the German counter terrorism unit didn’t even attempt to take him alive.
