Refugee Resettlement Plummets Under Trump

Despite court rulings the Trump administration is quietly turning off the faucet-

Winning-

The United States resettled 3,316 refugees from foreign countries last month, an increase over March but still far less than the 8,112 monthly average for the first four months of the fiscal year, according to statistics released Friday.

What’s more, April continued a long downward trend in resettlements from war-torn Syria. From October through January, an average of 1,221 Syrians came each month. In February, President Donald Trump’s first full month in office, the United States accepted 673 Syrian refugees. That number dropped to 282 in March and 226 in April.

Not quite zero, but heading in the right direction-

I’m rather disappointed by the reaction which I get from leftards when I criticise their welcoming Syrian refugees. The only benefit, to us Brits, which they can cite is that they are educated professionals. I then ask them if they’re comfortable stealing doctors and nurses from a troubled nation.

Of course I daren’t mention the possibility that these so called refugees may be inimical to our civil society. Such as it is.

Thank the Lord that we are slowly but surely coming to the most sensible conclusion. Keep them out, and get rid. Good for you USA. UK getting there slowly, France is fucked.

John Howard put the strategies in place that stemmed the flow of illegals. Labor undid that work, and when they realised they’d opened the gates wide* they said ‘Well, this is something we’ll have to live with.
Tony Abbott set up Operation Sovereign Borders and the boats stopped.
The Australian left have never forgiven him for that. And never will.
*I really don’t believe that Labor expected the flood of illegals they invited. They were more intent on virtue signalling against Howard’s ‘inhumane’ policies. And then their own policy resulted in more deaths at sea, which was rather inconvenient.

Did you guys get the “enrichment” of being flooded with violent criminal gangs? We sure did,Obama’s “unaccompanied”minors that flooded across the border turned out to contain quite a few MS-13 gang members. They have “enriched” the areas they moved into with a cornucopia of rapes, robberies, arson and murders.-

This has been the case so far in Long Island,Virginia,Maryland etc, etc, anywhere the bastards had landed.

The article also doesn’t tell the whole story, those four kids that were murdered were hacked to death one,by one while the whole episode was broadcast to their relatives live via Facebook.

      Nice huh?

Melbourne has had the worst of it.

Here in WA it’s not been so evident… yet.

And I would bet the government that green lighted their arrival, just like Obama, has never been made to answer for dumping this scourge on the public?

          • Gregoryno6 says:

You got it. Admittedly, they have not faced the voters since this importing of foreign troubles began. The next election is due in 18 months, and even though the supposedly right of centre opposition is not so far right, this should be the central point of differentiation.
Please note I said ‘should’. I don’t live in Victoria any more and I wouldn’t be surprised if the Liberals go with an idiot policy like ‘The same but not as much’.
