And?

IRS execs: “Our lives are at risk in Teaparty Case”

Cry me a river-

“Details about tea party bias claims against the IRS could remain secret because current and former agency officials say their lives are in danger if they publicly testify about the case.

Lois Lerner and Holly Paz both have argued in recent court filings that the threat to their lives outweighs the public’s right to hear their testimony about how IRS employees in Cincinnati and Washington D.C. handled applications for tax-exempt status from tea party groups.”

Cause us peons have less rights than do you un-elected betters right?

Maybe you should have obeyed the law,you know the very one you expect us mere civilian taxpayers to abide by?

Something tells me they won’t be popular in prison either.

….and the Left Big Media has pissed off Trump so much that he will turn loose the DOJ on all guilty members of the Obama Regime starting with Hillary Clinton.

I’d say this process will start once he has purged the DOJ and FBI of Obama lackey/leakers/Deep State Fairies by early next year.

Then the Big Media will really have something to piss and moan about as one after another faggot friend goes up the river to become Bubba’s wife..

Trump will do nothing. Nada. There will be no prosecutions for the Obama administration’s criminal activities, none for Hillary’s either. He’s scared of being labelled as being vindictive. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_negative.gif

It’s just about impossible to feel any sympathy for these Prog tools. The judges in those cases are too likely to be — and it will be mark against any who do.

As you say Darin, it’s simply more evidence that the elites and their henchmen believe their lives more worthy than the rest of us.

In their belief system, the more of the rest of us that BREATH the greater the threat to Earth.

At Breitbart this morning “Gloria Steinem: Forced Childbirth ‘the Fundamental Cause of Climate Change.’” The Feminist nutcase is also a Malthusian and Green nutcase — imagine that!

This is yet more evidence of the accuracy of my universal filter for comprehending Prog intentions. Wherever rulers foster Malthusian, Utilitarian, Green and Islamistophilic nutcases, there the ruled are at grave risk.

Foster Pascal? What do you mean? Well the IRS has provided tax benefits to donors for giving to all four such organizations. And those types all nurture nutcases. But to patriotic organizations — the IRS refused to let them be born in the first place.

Abortionists have often feared for their lives, hence it’s easy to see how Lois Lerner and Holly Paz have precedent on their side. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_wacko.gif

If I had to guess, the IRS has more power than any other government agency to thoroughly screw people over.
Furthermore they are an agency that plays fast and loose with the rules when it’s in their favor to do so and without a doubt hires some of the most sadistic, twisted, jackasses in existence.

But here’s the thing, they have abused their power so much and are so reviled by so many, that I would wagers many judges on the federal bench hate their guts and would be looking for some payback themselves.

I read the article & had the same response – So? Sux to be you, Lois Lerner & Co. Everybody ready to call the Wa-a-a-ambulance for them?

Too right, these aren’t some lowly civil servant seagulls, these are people with the power to destroy lives.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_good.gif

It’s the ‘with impunity’ part that in “a nation of laws and not men” would rarely appear. That it has occurred repeatedly and has not yet even begun to be scaled back is why men of decency remain concerned. Rightly so. That these two think they can get a pass on testifying because they fear for their lives is akin to the patricide requesting mercy because he’s an orphan. If their wish is granted, our concerns would be more than ratified.

I can understand why they say that. It can be pretty tough in the big house for accountants who haven’t had their first tat and don’t lift every day.
