The New Zealand Herald is a disgrace.

NZ Herald shows true socialist colours,
supports bigotry and “Palestinian” terrorism. In an editorial, no less. All in support of the Lorde girly puppet.
‘.. Sporting and cultural boycotts and campaigns for business disinvestment and international sanctions against Israel are a way of reminding public opinion in Israel the world needs Israel to keep striving for peace in its region…’
Emphasis mine.
Show me an Arab state that has Jewish cops, judges, soldiers, politicians and allows Jews the vote. When the Herald can do that then I’ll believe it’s an honest news outlet and not a socialist propaganda rag. Oh, and while they’re at it they could point out the “palestinian” families receiving payments as thanks for them raising homicide bombers and teaching toddlers to murder Jews..

I skimmed that editorial, so sickening. The whole rag is sickening, actually. If it’s not Ardern splashed all over the place, it’s other leftie garbage. Not a newspaper but a propaganda machine ! They have no shame. Nearly all the letters to the editor published are leftie opinion as well. Course they don’t publish letters that goes against their narrative. It’s circulation numbers are well down though, and good job. They are out of step with the majority, like all MSM these days.

Thanks for the comment Lara – seems we see the Herald pretty much the same way, as a despicable propaganda rag.

      • Michael in Nelson says:

Obviously, you and Lara have it all wrong. The Herald is a champion of civil discourse and refusing to publish those nasty letters from deplorable conservatives simply preserves the feelings of their readers. (Personally, I wouldn’t use it to wrap dead fish fearing it would induce decomposition at an accelerated rate

show your support Israel , invest in their ICOs. they got some good-uns going

I was reading a thread on Catallaxy
One of the commenters included a link to the code of ethics for members of the Society of Professional Journalists
Clearly the hacks at T’Herald and many other rags are not members.

Where does the revenue come from to keep this yellow rag of a newspaper in business? Hmmm? Like the man said, “To know the truth follow the money.” So I would suspect the funding comes from New York City. I mean I wouldn’t put it past the New York Times to fund foreign newspapers who do excellent “copy&paste” jobs from them.

An investigation there if anyone in NZ are interested.

  4. Darin says:

Typical leftist rag, they are populated by anti-semite gentiles or self-loathing Jews and their hatred for anything Israel is front and center ahead of even their own self-preservation.

  5. KG says:

 The ratbastard Herald does it again!
With this piece of shit reprinted from the leftist lying WashPost:
‘How bitcoin is helping far right extremists
Researchers have detected a surge in digital currency transactions among the alt-right. ‘

  6. Alan says:

NZ Herald was at one time a mostly conservative paper but changed hands in the early nineties being originally owned by Wilson and Horton. It was bought by Irish business man Tony O’Reilly (Independent News corp.) which introduced a left leaning slant. In 2009 it was acquired by Sydney based APN, and the paper lurched even further left. A lot of the international political commentary on the leftist rag comes from none other than the Washington Post.

    • KG says:

As the article above does, Alan.
“Disgrace” is too mild a word for these propagandists and liars.

Oh dear…..poor Kiwis, being kept in the dark and fed bullshit again, which makes me wonder what you’d get if scientists crossed a sheep and a mushroom.

The headline on the main page under a pic of Trump says
    ‘He’s Not The Sharpest’
 A certain lack of self-awareness on the part of the writer, methinks. Not to mention being irony-proof.
