SCREAM BLOODY MURDER

Hat tip to Liberty Counsel for the following email alert:

“Members of Congress have alerted President Trump of their opposition to pro-LGBT provisions inserted into the United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA). These provisions would establish special rights for “sexual orientation” and “gender identity” as the supreme law of the land via the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution.”

After the break I provide at least one bit of offending text and once again bring to the attention of all of you the supremacy clause in Article VI of the U.S. Constitution. Knowing what damage activist lawyers and judges already have done to your liberties, you will not like the ambiguity (emphasis added there) in the existing construction one bit:

This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.

Permitting this section of social policy “innocently” added by Justin Trudeau into a trade agreement — A TREATY — is clearly designed by the Progs hidden in the Senate and this administration to permit an end-run around the constitutional amendment process.

To satisfy my own skepticism, I conducted quite a long search of this enormous text (and it is broken up into countless separate links) and found at least one section that contains the language of concern (there may be more). Here it is:

Article 23.9 Sex-Based Discrimination in the Workplace
The Parties recognize the goal of eliminating sex-based discrimination in employment and occupation, and support the goal of promoting equality of women in the workplace. Accordingly, each Party shall implement policie s that protect workers against employment discrimination on the basis of sex, including with regard to pregnancy, sexual harassment, sexual orientation, gender identity, and caregiving responsibilities, provide job-protected leave for birth or adoption of a child and care of family members, and protect against wage discrimination [sic].
 .

Scoundrels (Senate GOPe of course) are pushing Trump to fast-track the text before Nov 30. Social media will undoubtedly censor the warnings, so it needs a wider audience quickly.

This is an effing outrage!!!
The time for kinetic solutions is here.

This is what American politics is about – inserting things into bills that have nothing whatsoever to do with the subject of the bill and hoping to get away with it. The UN is another prime candidate in this regard. I’m a great believer in simple bills written in simple language …. and kill all the lawyers BTW.

Castreau could not have done this without Congressional help. That Trump has prevailed to a certain extent amazes me – perfidy from his own party, down right treason from his opposition and the manipulation the news and indoctrination of the minds of the populous by the media.

  2. The saving phrase is “under the Authority of the United States.” That authority is Constitutionally bounded, and limits what treaties can agree to quite as much as what laws can compel or forbid. Of course, these days the Constitution is of merely historical interest, so…

A strong protest must be made.
Trump is probably proud of having made the deal, and that pride may keep him from breaking the deal once he learns the contents, if he’s ignorant of them at all.

What a disaster!I’ve said it before any “deal” that requires more than four pages is no deal.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_negative.gif

If he is told about the gender bul***it and still signs this garabge, he won’t be much better than obozo, and I don’t type that lightly. There is no equivalent for the insanity that “gender diversity” is, and it doesn’t belong in legislation where another country can compell us to follow it. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_negative.gif

I have a compromise for those who wish to have their gender changed on their birth certificate. Fine, right after you have completed surgery. I see where the trans advocates are objecting to “Stand up for Women” being included in ‘their’ parade. (Most of those in the ‘parade’ are hangers on anyway.)
