    She really is quite stupid. Like all socialists she’s saying all these nice sounding words that have no connection with the reality of socialism or the ability of her government. She also needs to be reminded that 63% of the NZ population did not want her and her party to govern the country.

    Every time I think the ‘transgender’ advocates can’t propose anything more lacking in intelligence, they seem to take it as a challenge. I am at a loss as to what they will come up with after this.

    So now we have a case of bubonic plague in China. Breathless reporting by the MSM is again trying to stir up panic.

    Yersinia pestis, the organism that causes plague, is endemic in small mammals on many continents. The organism is spread by flea bites, etc. to humans and forms bubos (infected lymph nodes). This is not a disaster as it is easily treated with antibiotics. Bubonic plague becomes pneumonic if the patient becomes septicaemic (ie the organism is in the blood). It’s only when this disease becomes pneumonic that it becomes rampant and is spread via droplets and causes the recipient to develop pneumonic plague. Again, if treated early with the correct antibiotics, it is curable. It does have a higher mortality rate.
