The shame of N.Z. THIS IS NOT JUSTICE!

This is the face of a piece of unspeakable filth, all too damn typical of its kind in today’s New Zealand.
‘The teenaged attacker of a 5-year-old girl in a Turangi campground has been jailed for the brutal sexual assault.
Sixteen-year-old Turangi youth Raurangi Marino was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment in Rotorua District Court this morning after earlier pleading to charges of burglary, sexual violation by rape and causing grievous bodily harm.
…Judge Cooper gave a starting point of imprisonment of 18 years because of the seriousness of the offending but gave a discount of four and a half years because of Marino’s youth, dysfunctional upbringing, remorse and early guilty plea.
I don’t trust myself to add anything to this post right now. Otherwise I might be tempted to suggest a somewhat..kinetic… solution. For the judge too.
Update: This is what real justice looks like. Thanks to Darin. And you know what? The way the judiciary has been corrupted by “progressivism”, it may soon be the only justice available to us.

              Yep,Gary Plauche is still a hero in these parts.

              So is Byron Gary Smith.He was a cop killer in prison for killing a cop in an armed robbery.Another man Bill Evans was sentenced to 45 years to life for raping and killing a 9 year old girl.
              When Smith found out he was in the same cell block with Evans as soon as he got the chance he killed Evans by stabbing him 56 times with a toilet float rod.
              When asked why he did it,all Smith said was “that could have been my daughter he killed”
              He finally was executed for killing that cop,which was only right,but many here still respect him for taking care of Evans.

              Nobody likes a child molester/murderer.

                As far as I’m concerned that child rapist committed suicide and more people should do the same.

      And that Maori thug [Jahche Broughton] was only 14 years old when he murdered her.
      I also seem to recall a twelve year old breaking in to an elderly 80+ year old woman’s home in south Auckland and brutally raping and beating her.

      Like you I have no problem with the death penalty for such crimes … even if the perpetrator is only 12 years old.

        Its amazing how many young women from europe especially nordic nations, Go backpacking through the peacefull and tolerate areas of NZ.

        These girls dont seem to realise how dangerous up north can be, Do people globally realize how bad it is in the country…

    If somebody harmed my beloved I would kill them. No qualifications, no evasions, no forgiveness or waiting for the law to take its course.

    If the starting point for sentencing is 18 years, just how bad does it have to get for that to apply? No doubt there will be an appeal of this already ridiculous sentence and the taxpayer will foot the bill for some leftie hartstrings lawyer.Makes me ashamed to be a new zealander.

    Nandor Tanchos onece said the greens dont believe in vindictive sentencing..He said the best way is to educate them is to let them out early so they dont do it again.

    Ok so If you Murder someone you get out after 3 years as approach the families of your victims to tell them “its ok I wont do it again” :evil:

    When he did this vile crime the whole country was “outraged!” Where is the outrage now?

    This sentence is a disgrace and would still be a disgrace if it were doubled. I think castration is an ideal solution along with a minimum of 30 years.

    The family won’t have the spine to be accountable for their offspring’s shit behaviour and attitude.

    Something else I find interesting is the silence of the majority of NZ blogs on this. (PMofNZ and Oswald Bastable being honourable exceptions)

    In today’s NZ news
    ‘A man who bashed a puppy to death has avoided a jail term but he will not be allowed to have an animal for 10 years.
    Robin Gerrard Wilson, 32, will be allowed to serve his four months of home detention at his home where other family members have pets, but he is not allowed any control over them…’
    Riiight..that’ll really make the psychopathic bastard think twice next time, won’t it?
