There are criminals–and there are fireproof criminals.

And we’re supposed to respect the laws and those who make and enforce them! Well, not this Wabbit. He obeys those he must and those he thinks are just. As for the rest……

    Merry Christmas Keith.

Of course there are two sets of standards. Small time crooks get jail, big time crooks get reappointed to other lucrative posts…….all aided and abetted by the politicians right at the top who are beneficiaries of the scams going on. One would hope that some enterprising journalist takes a good look at the Obamas’ wealth.

But the biggest scam of all at the moment is the ECB bailout. The liabilty for these loans will not fall on the big German and French, etc. banks, because they have diverted their loans into non-Euro investments as quickly as they can, but instead on to anyone holding Euros. These loans are being financed by the people of the EC ………. and the American public because the Fed has been allowed by Geitner and Obama to accumulate Euros in USD swaps. (It looks like Merkle and Sarkozy are getting their own back for the toxic US housing loans).

Further, when the collapse of the Euro comes, as it surely must, the German Constitutional Court, the Budestag and the Bundesbank will claim that they did not authorise the loans and that the German tax payer does not have any liability. The French are bound to be plotting the same. Again the loss falls on those holding Euros. The Fed will be a big loser and as a result will have to bring out the printing machines again to pay for it ……. and of course with it massive devaluation of the Dollar and the loss of American wealth.

While all this is happening, Goldman Sachs, acting as proxies for Merkozy, are asset stripping Greece; soon to be followed by Italy and then Spain. We are not actually seeing the Wehrmacht loading the contents of bank vaults into sealed trains, but the results are little different. (Thanks to Grumpy_old_Ben for that comment.)

2012 will be a tumultuous year for Europe, America and the rest of us as we lose any wealth that we have accumulated (all that Baby-Boomer wealth  ) because of the incompetence of our politicians. Expect more of the same from them as they hope that it’ll produce a different outcome……and expect increasing public anger.

I seem to remember JC (2K give or take, today: Merry Christmas!) upturned the merchant’s tables in the courtyard of the Temple and chucked ’em out thus setting an example followed by most nations until fairly recent times. Now though, our treacherous politicians seeing advantage to themselves in way of feathering their own nests, have actually invited the merchants/bankers etc in to share the seat of power and of course the greedy bastards out for themselves as you would expect, have taken over completely. It’s no wonder if their rorting even gets before the court, they are let off without punishment. And why else would you have the likes of S&P, Ffitch, Price Waterhouse Coopers; the UN, European Community and all the f*****g rest set above US the people? The f*****s have sold us out and it’s time to order in the piano wire and checkout the location of handy lamp posts around the parliament!

Yes indeed. Nothing else will fix this. Voting is designed to obscure the real problem and keep the sheeple quiet while they’re being fleeced.

if their rorting even gets before the court

They should all get a suspended sentence ..hic..

Great rant! Thanks for that. Now relax with some ETOH.
