The only time I shot a belt-fed was the twin 12.5mm Brownings out the side door of a chopper at an oil drum. Probably 4 – 5 passes. I wasn’t very good. but anybody nearby would have had a big surprise.
I’ve always wanted to get my hands on a Browning, those things were genius. Only thing belt fed I ever shot was an M60 AKA “The Pig”
So far I am liking Vance,watching his interaction with the boys at the range he’s completely relaxed and having a good time. Definitely not the usual staged event with a stuffed shirt politician like Dukakis’s Tank driving fiasco.
Vance certainly comes across as an intelligent, confident man. I particularly liked his speech to the Europeans a few weeks back.
