‘The madness of the clergy’

From Seneca III, who points out that he borrowed the punchline from somewhere:
Britain:
Government suffers Lords defeat over benefit cap plan
Bishop of Ripon and Leeds, the Rt. Rev John Packer: “It is wrong to see child benefit as being a welfare benefit”

Obviously the noble Bishop believes £26,000.00 per family per year is not enough, and those who work are simply going to have keep forking out for feckless parasites and predators to live in a style and comfort that the net contributors cannot themselves afford to do after paying their not inconsiderable taxes.
Hence, a new gospel for the Church of England gospel:

“Go forth and multiply then after thy sixth child rest, for thou shalt claim benefits from thy labouring neighbour without limit.”

My English mate was telling me about his friends, a young couple, wanting to have another child.
They’ve been putting it off due to costs: very expensive to pay for muslims to have multiple (1st cousin) wives.
Lorry (that’s truck for you Americans) drivers get one kid- imports, including a known torturing war-crim- they get everything a White man ever dreamt of (and paid for by said struggling indig  ).

But,but if we didn’t have them here we would be missing all this cultural diversity such as we see here-

“‘Even if, God forbid, they hoist us on to the gallows… we accept it wholeheartedly’, a day after his arrest.”

I would gladly volunteer to buy the rope to see that evil f— swinging in the breeze

      • Kris K says:

… and we let these people into the West?!!

And still we get moronic liberals excusing this sort of behaviour, and/or claiming it has nothing to do with Islam. I’ve said it before – How much evidence do these [useful] idiots require???

        • Darin says:

“How much evidence do these [useful] idiots require???”

A knife held at their own throats wouldn’t be enough Kris.

    • sbk says:

all the more reason to drop your nickers…financial discipline be damned…overload the system, make use of it…breed, breed and when you think you have had enough ,breed again…hell its fun…cant let one section of a multicultural society have all the fun.

      • KG says:

Not a bad idea, sbk. It won’t be changed by politicians, it will have to be destroyed or collapse under the weight of it’s own absurdity.

        • Darin says:

Okay, where do I sign up?I want in on the ground floor of this breeding program, all I lack are suitable female(s) of the species

  5. The Catholic Church in New Zealand offers little hope judging by this advert.
It seeks a journalist “with a heart for social justice.”
    http://www.seek.co.nz/Job/journalist-wanted/in/wellington-wellington/21533864
Pray, tell me, when the churches are pushing leftist dogma, we are indeed doomed.
I am sure our catholic conservative friends will be dismayed at such progressivism.

    • The Gantt Guy says:

Fairfacts, mainstream ‘churches’ have been on this bandwagon for years. Catholics seeking a propagandist with a heart for social justice. The Anglican bishop on the Alternative Welfare Working Group. The ‘uniting’ church just down the road from me carrying a sign that says ‘Cut The Carbon’ (I remember the good old days when churches used to have messages like ‘Jesus Saves’. Aha, them were the days).

Fact is, if we Conservatives get our way and the government gets its nose out of private enterprise, it must include removing itself from the provision of welfare and charity which logically means the churches all of a sudden get a LOT busier. Mebbe they don’t want the business, or the hassle?

      • Kris K says:

Aye, Gantt – there is no question that we are in the age of the church of Laodicea:

        Rev 3:14 And unto the angel of the church of the Laodiceans write; These things saith the Amen, the faithful and true witness, the beginning of the creation of God;
Rev 3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.
Rev 3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

And that the following also applies to many who claim to be Christians in this age:

Mat 7:20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them.
Mat 7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
Mat 7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

When you look at the ‘church’, and then everything else going on in the world, there is little doubt, at least in my mind, that we are near the very end of the biblical end times and just prior to the start of Daniel’s 70th week.

We certainly live in interesting times.
