Asymmetrical “justice”…..there’s a lot of it about.

‘A law graduate has avoided a prison term despite deliberately taking the wrong man for DNA testing to get her ex-partner’s name removed from her son’s birth certificate.
Crown prosecutor Claire Robertson said a term of imprisonment was usually warranted for such a crime, but she did not think it was appropriate given mitigating factors, including her duty as a mother and the impact it would have on her becoming a lawyer.
..Defence lawyer Owen Harold sought a discharge without conviction so she could become a barrister, obtain a private investigator’s licence and travel overseas…’
Now, imagine a man – a newly-qualified mechanic, let’s say – up before the court on the same charges. Does anyone here seriously think the outcome would be similar? And name suppression “to protect the child”  is nonsense. It’s to protect this criminal.
If any Kiwi reader would care to mail me her name, I’ll publish it here.

Hell, she could find a much better paying job by getting preselection for a Labour seat, along with all those other criminals.

Your newly qualified mechanic would be totally fucked if he happened to be Caucasian. He’d have to go and work in the Pilbarra for $250k per year.

    • Ronbo says:

BTW, Adolf – why did we give women the right to vote in the first place?

When only men had the vote – up until about 100 years ago – we had capitalism, liberty and good times.

However, since women got the vote we get socialism, tyranny and famine.

  2. KG says:

    Yep, exactly, Adolf.

Im taking a stab in the dark, But I think she could be Mouldy or Maardi??

Like I said before – women rule the West World.

No wonder so many British men are converting to Islam.

I don’t know the law in Australia, but in the USA if you father a child the woman has complete control. She could marry you, she could do an abortion, or she could decide to give birth – and the man has to pay child support until the kid is 18.

And being unemployed won’t save you – the judge will throw you jail until you “find” the money. A good friend of mine in Orlando, Florida – who had a hate filled ex-wife – who used to always have him locked up around the holidays for being “behind” in his child payments.

When I become El Presidente this will end! Under the Enlightened Barbour Administration the cock will rule and the new motto on family affairs will be, “It takes two to tango.” In words words ladies, you decide to have the baby, the kid is YOURS, and don’t expect one red cent from my government or the dad.

Of course, you may decide to marry the dude. In that case you will have to worship your lord&master for the rest of his nartural life and bring him his slippers and cigar when he commands it.

    • The Gantt Guy says:

It is absolutely like that in NZ, Ronbo. All of the power rests with the woman.

      • octagongrappler says:

        Gantt

They are aiming for a gender free society. Male or Female wont be allowed just one gender. Not in a physical sense anyway.

    • WAKE UP says:

“No wonder so many British men are converting to Islam.”

I hope that’s not actually true, Ronbo :!:

  5. Cadwallader says:

This tart, regardless of skin colour, has no chance of getting past the Law Society for admission to the profession. (Not in this lifetime at least!)

    • KG says:

      I hope you’re right, Cad. But…..female..possibly maori……I wouldn’t bet on it.

      • Cadwallader says:

One of the things that really pisses people off about the Law Profession is that despite a preponderance of graduates being female, the majority of those who run the Law Society are blokes over 45 years of age. Very few non-Europeans at that level either.

  6. KG says:

    Quite.
