    @Everyone:

    Clearly the Supreme Court, like the rest of the government, must be purged of socialists.

    …and just as clearly, the Supremes are in the cross hairs of RADICAL Republicans like myself.

    …also, as 19th century president Andrew Jackson said of the Supreme Court – “They have made their law – now let’s see them enforce it.”

    In other words, the Supreme Court is not the final word on things Constitutional…We The People by means of our elected Representatives and president are the final say on the Law – and if the Traitor Party on the Supreme bench continues down their warpath of treason, they can always be executed.

    As I’ve said before, these are revolutionary times in America, do you think RADICAL Republicans are going to be stopped by five old degenerate men and women?

    The problem we have here is American law is based in British law which holds legal precedent with the same weight as legislative initiative.
    That is why we have law being made from the bench rather than from the congress which is a direct breech of the Constitution.
    One judge or group of judges jumps the fence on an issue like Roe-v-Wade and the rest think they can do the same.

    We have people here who say the judges should be elected instead of appointed,but there are numerous examples of elected judges acting just as bad if not worse than their lifetime appointed peers.

    The only answer I see is for Congress to amend the Constitution and put Judges and courts back in their proper place.If not that then voting from the roof tops will be the only solution left to restore the Republic.

  6. The first Chief Justice-John Jay – left the SC because he felt the position did not give him enough leverage to help his state- so- he left – and became a Congressman–

    We and our last 4 generations of fore-fathers and mothers- have not been watchful–

    I have been warning my fellow conservatives for a loooooong time- I get mostly the “eye roll” :roll
