Vladimir Putin on Russian minorities:

‘In Russia live Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, then we advise them to go to those places where that’s the state law. Russia does not need minorities. Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell ‘discrimination’. We had better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of most minorities. When this honourable legislative body [the Russian parliament] thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the national interest first, observing that the minorities are not Russians…’

God help me…I’m agreeing more and more with Putin :!:

My world has been turned upside down :!:

The day I see a prominent Western politician display half the balls and commonsense shown in that statement by Putin, is the day I’ll start believing our countries can still be saved.

      Agreed.

What you can see **in spades** in those comments by Putin is a lot of confidence and a **very strong national sense of “self.”**

By that, I mean a strong sense of (and pride in) your country’s history, achievements and place in the world. Many in the US still have this too, but it is being very rapidly eroded by the left-wing education establishment and the PC-infested Democrats.

If every Western country had a leader like Putin, we would have **naff-all** problems – I’m sure of that.

I haven’t met many Russians, but those I have met have been *great*. Very friendly and warm types – really good and interesting to talk to.

Seriously, what do these girls hope to accomplish?Pick up a few $20s during lunch hour?

    Attention?

  5. Barry says:

We badly need Putin in NZ where minority part-maoris and Pacific islanders are being aided by the government to destroy the country

  6. Flashman says:

Don’t underestimate how much Russia’s leadership loathes western europe.

But that pales into insignificance relative to the utter contempt it has for America – which it despises.

Putin regards Potus as a Legate of the Praetorian Guard would have regarded some androgynous non-entity mincing around in a purple toga.

“…some androgynous non-entity mincing around in a purple toga.”

  8. What Putin is stating is what our Founders and subsequent leaders and the citizenry itself up held to be true to up hold a strong Republic-
Now-it is a fact that our schools are teaching anti US dogma-and our “leaders” hate the US–
question is-What are we in the US going to do about it!!?
    Carol-CS

    • KG says:

Well, Carol, something will have to be done about it sooner or later. Either that, or creeping slavery.
