Is Europe waking up to cultural genocide?

From an article by Daniel Pipes. (No link, it’s behind a paywall) There’s no doubt at all that the islamisation project is being rammed through against the wishes of a majority in the West:
‘..Swiss voters endorsed a referendum in 2009 banning minarets by a 58-42 margin, a vote more significant for its ratio than its policy implications, which were roughly nil. Public opinion polling at that time found that other Europeans shared these views in roughly these same proportions. Polling also shows a marked hardening of views over the years on these topics. Here (with thanks to Islamisation fighter Maxime Lepante) are some recent French surveys:
• 67 per cent say Islamic values are incompatible with those of French society;
• 70 per cent say there are too many foreigners;
• 73 per cent view Islam negatively;
• 74 per cent consider Islam to be intolerant;
• 84 per cent are against the hijab in private spaces open to the public; and
• 86 per cent favour strengthening the ban on the burka.
As noted by Soeren Kern, senior fellow at the New York-based Gatestone Institute, similar views on Islam appear in Germany. A recent report from the Institut fur Demoskopie Allensbach asked what qualities Germans associate with Islam:
• 56 per cent: striving for political influence;
• 60 per cent: revenge and retaliation;
• 64 per cent: violence;
• 68 per cent: intolerance towards other faiths;
• 70 per cent: fanaticism and radicalism; and
• 83 per cent: discrimination against women.
In contrast, only 7 per cent of Germans associate Islam with openness, tolerance, or respect for human rights. These commanding majorities are higher than in earlier years, suggesting that opinion in Europe is hardening and will grow yet more hostile to Islamism. Islamist aggression assures that anti-Islamism in the West is winning its race with Islamism.
High-profile Muslim attacks such as the ones in Boston exacerbate this trend. That is its strategic significance. That explains my cautious optimism about repulsing the Islamist threat.’

      The contemptible piece of offal claims I have an “anger management problem”.
      Unlike calm, anger-free muslims, of course, who riot and kill over a drawing, who throw acid in the faces of schoolgirls and who drive children back into a burning building because they’re not “properly” dressed…..
      Anybody who doesn’t react with anger to those things has a problem. It’s called ‘being a muslim’.

        As others have said, islam is not so much a religion as a violent ideology with some simplistic theology attached.

            Dr. Bill Warner (a retired physicist) lecture is one of the most illuminating studies ever taken in statistically and scientifically clarifying to Westerners the relative scope of the Islamic wars of conquest (540 campaigns over 800 years) versus 6(?) Crusades.

            The Arabist propaganda has sown so much irrational and undeserved self-hatred in the West (just ask any lefty about the Crusades), and his conclusion pretty much names our problem – we in the West are acting like abused dogs or beaten wives in response.

            Everyone needs (yes needs) to take in this lecture, both people with their heads screwed on right and especially any left-leaning Islam-apologizing robots you may have the opportunity to educate.

            If it’s possible to educate them, that is, since in my experience to deprogram the effort is better used on their progeny.

    The situation in Europe is more dire than is currently believed. The Muslims have taken the concept of Primae Noctis to heart and have bent to breeding them out. With European birthrates well below the 2.0 level which is required to sustain population, the Muslims have a birthrate ranging between 5.0-7.5 depending on which country you examine meaning that Islam is set to ascend to supremacy in Europe. Indeed, European birth rates range from .35-1.75 and this means that the European populations are currently in steep decline. In short, this is the reason that the most common boy’s name transitioned from George to Mohammed.

    As the Muslim population expands we will witness what the Lebanese witnessed when the Muslim population reached critical mass: an explosion of violence. Christian churches will be destroyed, Christians and Jews will be executed in the streets, and many will be forced to either submit to Al Islam or to die for their refusal. Europe is poised to learn a very hard lesson: you cannot civilize Islam. It is a slavering beast waiting to destroy any who would befriend it and bring it into their home.     Islam has been killing Europeans for 1400 years and taking them as slaves. As Angela Merkel once pointed out, the Muslim does not assimilate, he conquers and multiculturalism is responsible because it gave the Muslims the path to victory by first destroying the native culture and society.

    There is only one way that this is going to end and that means that Europe is headed for civil war. Who wins will determine Europe’s destiny. Either they will be dhimmis or they will be free. But with the Europeans bending over backwards to kiss their own backside for Islam, I really don’t see them winning this.

        The average European is even more pissed of at Islam than the average American – AND THAT’S SAYING SOMETHING :!:

        The one and ONLY reason the European rank and file haven’t went CRUSADE on their dangerous 5th column of Islam is the Leftist Ruling Class of the European Union.

        But sooner or later – like the degenerate monarchs of pre WW I Europe – the “democratic socialists” will be driven off their thrones.

        In regards to the high Islamic birthrate in Europe – this is due to the European Welfare States…when the last welfare dime is spent, the European Islamic birthrate will fall.

    When I was a kid, my mother, who was a staunch Catholic, used to fret about woman’s lib. She used to tell me it was a Biblical principle that when you demand you rights, you always end up losing them in the end.

    I wonder if this may not be prophetic. Woman’s lib was bought in to give woman careers, freedom etc, all good, but the end result is that woman don’t have kids as much as they used to (Stats NZ estimate that a third of girls in NZ under the age of 30 will never have them.)

    But of course the Muslims are having heaps of kids. So by simple democratic process they will out breed the Europeans and vote in a Sharia government. God help us. Less than half the Muslim countries allow girls to be taught after the age of 8.

    So we bring in laws specifically to give woman greater freedom, but the end result could well be that they put woman under the most appalling slavery. Maybe we have thrown away some of the Bible principles a little too soon? :|

      The essence of conservatism is keeping that which has been shown to work and introducing change slowly and carefully.
      The left, being driven by emotion, sees no need to ask itself what the downstream consequences of change are–like children who want something and want it now.
      And just like children, they’re going to discover that there are always unintended consequences embedded in social change.
      The tragedy is, we’re all going to pay the price for their immaturity and stupidity.
