  1. Excellent article. But the AGW myth has been destroyed again and again, to no avail. Because it’s a cult, and as such is immune to facts, and a scam which is dependent on propagating belief in the cult.
Take away the taxpayer funding from the climate scientists and the crony capitalist aspect of wind farms etc and the whole thing would collapse overnight.

      • I agree, Darin. The truth is getting out there now.

On the topic of Mt Rainier – that is a *stunning* mountain! When I was over in Canada and the US in 2002, the last big trip I went on (with my Canadian uncle in his motor-home) was down to Mt St Helens and Rainier. Both were *amazing*. I remember us driving on a road that seemed to go straight downhill for at least a mile, with Rainier looming directly ahead above the trees. *Wonderful* part of the country!

        • Yes it is stunning, nearly all of the Cascades are. That region is on my list of places for a potential retirement move someday in the future.Assuming there is anything even remotely like retirement when my time comes around.

  2. It’s a cult for the public but not for the cult leaders who know the truth. The truth is that it is just one of the many many ways the elite has to get more and more control over the public. The truth finds its way out but than they just use something else. Don’t trust government . If you know man made climate change is a lie why do you trust them when they tell you that 3 buildings fell at freefall because 2 were hit by a plane. Stop thinking that they would never do this to you and your country. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_cool.gif

  3. You would trust a drug addict with your wallet? But you trust power addicts with your country. How many times we have to bang our head against the same rock.

On a clear day here in Seattle, I can see Mt. Rainier from my front porch…but not Russia, :!: ;-)

Mt. Rainer, btw, is a sleeping volcano that will some day (hopefully a million years from today) awaken and bury Seattle and Edmond like Mount Vesuvius did in its eruption in AD 79 that led to the burying and destruction of the Roman cities of Pompeii and Herculaneum.

  5. There is still a disconnect in some circles, notably the NZ Herald. Even though temperatures haven’t risen for the thick end of 20 years, the herald is still breathlessly warning of the dangers of AGW. But there is definitely a swing in the MSM away from it. They are finally doing the old Rip Van Winkle trick of waking up to something that everyone with common sense knew about years ago.

One person called it “zombie science” meaning, it has a lot of the signs of life, but is really totally dead and only kept going by massive injections of tax payer cash.
