   Love it. I generally celebrate Earth Day with fireworks and noise. I suspect that the public sale of fireworks in NZ are in jeopardy of a ban. This will be a victory to the wowsers and a great shame for the rest of us.
   When I was a kid Guy Fawkes was a top day for us all. I do not recall a single incident where someone was injured or scorched.
   Never forget Guy Fawkes remains the only man to enter parliament with a noble intention!

     Ahh yes fireworks,as kids we used to have bottle rocket wars.Don’t remember anyone getting hurt more than some singed hair or some burnt fingers

     Well, of course it wouldn’t have been white men either. They couldn’t possibly have spared the time, seeing as how they’re so busy wallowing in white privilege while propping up the heteronormative patriarchy. When they’re not beating their wives, raping the office receptionist and avoiding doing the dishes, that is.
