Have the charges actually been dropped or are they just postponed like Bragg wants the sentencing for the non-crimes he prosecuted?
They were dismissed without prejudice, so they could re-charge him later after he leaves office, assuming Trump doesn’t take a wrecking ball to the DOJ, which he should.
And by failing to sentence him, they prevent an appeal which would quash their case like an ant.
All so that they can continue to call him a felon.

They’ll be interesting to see. The problem that I have is that they will probably consist mainly of self-reported injuries. There must be an innumerable number of people who have been injured that are unaware of it. For example young people (women) who have been diagnosed with an autoimmune thyroiditis. This is not a rare diagnosis but surely there has been a recorded increase as we know that there has been an increase in autoimmune disease. They’ll just be told that they are unfortunate to have developed this.
The governmental health bodies that are charged with keeping records of disease and disability will have noticed a massive spike or a change in age distribution of various diseases but suddenly are unable to release the data. We are unlikely to get an honest report from them.
I hope that RFK jr has the fortitude to release them before he goes the way of his uncle and dad.

Another episode of “Lefties Losing It”.
This bunch of lefties were in a separate function room at an exclusive club when they overheard Winston Peters, leader of one of our coalition government parties, in another room. They burst into that room and verbally abused Peters. Who were they? – a senior Judge, a King’s Council (barrister) and an (retired) ICU specialist who had been at the helm of the ICU at Auckland’s second major hospital for a number of years. Allegedly one of them, the doctor, made a derogatory comment to an Indian by asking since when had Indians been allowed in the Club. The third person was just being a dick.
This is hardly the behaviour one would expect from a senior judge who has to be impartial, and a white doctor who worked for almost his whole career in a hospital where the majority of patients are not white. Hopefully our Minister of Justice, “Crusher” Collins, will deal with them appropriately. I know our cowardly Medical Council will not.

Personally, I believe the Omnibus bills are unconstitutional. Who decided that each department didn’t have to submit a budget separately? They should have to justify their request and each should be voted on individually. No budget, your department is unfunded that year.
