Pope Francis: the green Marxist.

‘Pope Francis has blamed the rich and powerful for placing the planet in unprecedented danger as he demanded urgent and concerted global action against climate change.
The Earth is rapidly being turned into “an immense pile of filth” by unbridled greed, he warned in a critique of the “sin” of environmental destruction.
In a landmark papal encyclical, addressed to “every person living on this planet”, he said there was a “solid scientific consensus” that mankind was at least mostly responsible for global warming.
The document, which will become part of the teaching of the Roman Catholic Church, demanded the phasing out of fossil fuels and urged the world to find a way to pay for the transition to green energy, with the rich shouldering the burden.
…The encyclical was applauded by environmentalists, aid agencies, religious leaders and politicians led by Ban Ki-moon, the United Nations Secretary General…’
It looks to me like the U.N. and the New World Order gang have installed their own man in the Vatican.
Hopefully, the majority of decent Catholics will utterly repudiate this evil man and his bullshit encyclical.

The previous Pope’s resignation and the haste with which Francis was elected stank like a weeks old fish to me, but I put it down to paranoia.
Well, once again, “paranoia” has turned out to be fact.

  2. MacDoctor says:

I note that, like most collectivists, the pope is quick to demand sacrifice from all of us “filthy rich” people (queue bout of sarcastic coughing) and very slow to divest himself of the vast wealth of the Catholic Church.

    • KG says:

True enough, MacDoctor. I have no objection to the Catholic Church being wealthy, if that wealth is used to aid those in need.
      But I dislike hypocrisy.
Poor as I am (and I am poor) what disturbs me greatly is the question of who gets to define what constitutes being “rich”?
The answer to that is, of course, the usual suspects – leftists consumed by envy and self-righteous meddlers in other people’s affairs.

      • Cadwallader says:

The definition of “rich” is a moveable concept. It is a bit like the old definition of an “alcoholic,” i.e. anyone who can afford to drink more than me!http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_wacko.gif

    • Never elect a “liberation theology” priest from Latin America as Pope…

  3. Cadwallader says:

The leader of non-science advocating more non-science while a complicit media laps it all up for an audience of the unthinking. This carry-on will persist while marxist idiots continue to laud inanities.

  4. k2 says:

“Green marxist” is what’s called a redundant expression.

  5. Mathew says:

First it was demands to open others borders to the third world, now it’s to take their money, walks like a socialist, quacks like one too.

Now all he has to do is praise islam as a religion of peace, endorse gay marriage and leave a bit of wiggle room on abortion.

It gets shot like a crow.
