The answer is to not come illegally to another country, not to expect other people who have to work and pay taxes to feed, house and clothe you.
In a sane world you would be met with lethal violence by outraged citizens and you’d never make it ashore.
If I were Trump my first action on Jan. 20, 2017 – as soon as I took the oath of office – would be to seal the borders with Mexico and Canada.
I would mobilize the U.S. military and send all available troops to the borders with full combat kit, including 500 rounds of ammunition. I would make public announcements that these troops with under my orders to shoot to kill any unauthorized persons attempting to illegally cross the border. The ones lucky enough to evade death would be subject to any sanction that I would deem fit – to include life at hard labor in desert concentration camps in the Southwest.
Those illegals living and working in the USA would be given 90 days to return to their country of origin. Those who refused to leave would be arrested by the U.S. military – all their money/bank accounts/property would be seized and they would be transported out of the country at the expense of their country of origin. If these countries balked at paying the bill and refused to accept the returnees, they would be guests for life in the desert concentration camps at hard labor for life.

Next would be the Left. I would brand them as traitors with a big “T” on their Left cheek. They would be removed from all positions of authority and their property seized under the RICO statutes. All bank their accounts would be seized as well under the same statute. Since traitors by definition have no right to vote and hold office, all Democrats would be purged from local, state and federal offices. The Leftists would be encouraged to leave the United States, first class airlines to any country in the world would be granted, but the kicker would be that if they tried to return they would face summary execution.

This would be America’s Second Republic – the smoke and civil war period of revolution and civil war has ended. It is the Year Zero. The new republic would, of course, place safeguards to prevent the return of the Leftist traitors and this could be accomplished in a few Amendments to the U.S. Constitution…For example voting would be defined as a privilege not a right. Full citizenship that includes the right vote and hold office would be limited to those who have at personal risk performed a service to the republic – for example, military service, police service, or as emergency medics, etc. Office holders on the federal level would be limited to two terms office. The courts at federal level would be elective and the judges limited to two terms of six years, including the Supreme Court.
Most importantly the federal government would return to the bounds set by the original U.S. Constitution of 1789 and would have responsibility only in a few areas for example, making war, treaties, etc. All other powers would belong to the various states, as happened in 1789. Thus entire agencies like the EPA, Department of Education, Department of Energy, etc. would disappear into thin air. Done. Over.

I’ve come to the view that there is no alternative to the cycle of bloodshed and revolution, then relative peace and prosperity and increasing tyranny leading to…bloodshed and revolution. It’s simply the life-cycle of societies, dictated by human nature.
I’m thankful that we enjoyed the best of it and knew (relative) liberty in our lifetimes. The present generation won’t fight for it because they’ve never known it.
The original Constitution was a fine piece of work However, the Framers and Ratifiers failed to predict how later morons would eviscerate their well thought out plan.
The Constitution of 1791 has four, maybe five things in it that were added later by foolish citizens: The word “citizen” in the 14th Amendment, the amendment granting freed slaves the vote, the income tax amendment. the amendment providing for the popular election of senators, and the the amendment granting women the vote. In particular, the income tax allowed the federal government to command huge revenue with which it was able to buy votes.
After all that, politics became a fox hunt for votes of the FSA and the number one task for the self-interested politician was to work with whomever to ensure the flow of money into his pocket. The idea of separate branches of government jealously guarding their prerogatives became a joke, as did the power to impeach errant officials like treasonous Supreme Court justices.
We went full-on moron and now are reaping the whirlwind, to coin a phrase.
