NZ. Wimmin in charge.

Regarding the insane proposal to create a register of sexual misconduct allegations:
‘If you read this article, you’re an idiot. Now imagine if that statement was true. Imagine if the mere fact I said something about you made it so.
Or, even if it wasn’t true, people thought and acted as though it was.
That’s what the Women’s Minister, Julie Anne Genter, is proposing to do for allegations of workplace sexual misconduct. …’

Just another socialist implement of control and power.

My wife is an engineer in a company that deals with US government contracts. Because of that, a “diversity” infrastructure was implemented there 20 years ago. Women have been hired preferentially and promoted over men for the same jobs and every year men are required to go to “ethics” (yeah they call it that) training to learn not to sexually or any other way harass women co-workers. In general, my wife tried to be “just one of the boys” and pretty much succeeded. One day she heard a couple of men telling a dirty joke (which she thought was funny) and thought she’d get in on the laughter. She came up and said “I heard that!” and watched their faces go completely white until she assured them that she was just kidding, wasn’t offended and couldn’t care less about it or anything else they said. From that day on she’s been aware of what fascism in the workplace is like and how it works against men.

I’ve seen the same thing and it disgusts me.I know of one male inventory clerk that had a permanant strike put on his work history because he refered to a female co-worker as “hon” as in “You have a great day Hon”

All of this stems not only from the left’s desire to control, but also from their inability to take a joke. They litteraly have no sense of humor and they think no one else does either.

      • Fred says:

That’s a good point and one often missed. The left is so angry and hate filled that they can’t stand for anybody (else) to have a good time or enjoy each other. Mean little snipes.

My wife, who manages an IT team of 19, says she lose half of them if this register came about. She has a happy team and they work well. They know what real (as opposed to imagined) malice, harassment and assault are.

I had a pleasant surprise at last year’s Christmas party when one of the female staff put her arm around me. It didn’t go any further than that, but even with three beers in me at the time I thought God, I’d never dare that for fear of potential repercussions.
What I did risk was paying a few compliments. The receptionists got out of the corporate uniform and presented themselves in skirts. I said ladies, you look lovely! And the way they said thank you gave me the impression that they’d been starved of compliments.
I don’t think that’s uncommon in the workplace now. Men are afraid to say anything that might be interpreted as a sexual come-on.

    • Darin says:

The danger of this sort of policy is it’s nebulous nature.Your female staffer could have just as easily gotten her feelings hurt because you didn’t engage after her advance. She could then basically claim emotional stress caused by you and then what box would it get filed in?
If this trend continues I predict that within a generation we will return to largely gender segregated education and employment.

      • KG says:

        I hope we do.

      • Gregoryno6 says:

I’ve been in workplaces about half of my working life that were segregated simply by the nature of the work. The major difference that results from the absence of women is all the f^%king swearing, I mean every f^%cking sentence needs at leat three f^%king f-bombs. You c#@ts know what I mean?

        • KG says:

F87ck yeh we do. http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_yes.gif Although I’ve worked around women who were f*&kin near as bad.

          • Darin says:

That’s mainly because women aren’t as proficient at proper profanity. In the shipyard we used to score each other on volume, word combination and use in a sentence
One particular machineshop foreman was particularly skilled. He got a delivery estimate for a cast gearbox casing at 9 months lead time after the purchasing department forgot to order the casting at the start of the job,the result of that conversation could be heard all across the shop, imagine a Jackie Gleason aka Bueaford T. Justice accent echoing through a 60,000 sq foot building-

“Are you sh-tting me Pyle?9 f^^king months?!!!! Sweet mother of f**king god you’re killing me!9 f^^king months? -9?!!!!!- My old lady can make a human f^^king being in 9 months! All I want is a god d@mn chunk of iron in 2!Oh lord your breaking my f^^king balls!9 months!!!!! This job by the time it’s thru is gonna look like a bulls ass sewed up with a grapevine and painted with a f^^king Pine top!Lord forgive these people killing me!Ignorant, imbred, monkey f^^king bastards the whole god d@mn lot of them!

He got the casting in two months

Under the skin of every liberal progressive a totalitarian is screaming to get out.
The intellectual centre right like Stephen Franks praised up Genter as a sensible proposition.
In fact we are in a societal war against socialist constructs which defy reality.

  7. Gregoryno6 says:

Watching a conversation between PJW and Gavin McInnes from last year. my ears pricked up when P mentioned an article by Helen Rosner.
Number 16 is my fave. Ethically produced porn, by the way, is a real thing.

  8. The MP who is proposing this is a Green MP. And what do the Greens want? Climate Change cannot be fixed without reducing the population. By reducing interaction between men and women you’ve fixed climate change.

The Georgia Guidestones say so, keep the population to a maximium of 500 million in perpetual balance to nature.

  9. What’s the difference between wimmin in charge and gummi bears in charge? Gummi bears won’t harm you.

  10. What’s the difference between wimmin in charge and the taxman? The taxman bases everything on fact and things don’t constantly, continually change.

  11. In regards to this silly person pushing this. She really doesn’t have much to boast about. She’s had two miscarriages already. If she doesn’t have another miscarriage, she will be MP and mother at the same time. She has nothing to boast about.
