Hell,they could even go so far as to provide some handy links to sites that sell flowers,balloons and Teddy Bears.

This would only be fitting,since the news media already has a template for every attack.It’s usually easy to spot “Lone Wolf terror strikes -insert city here-” or “We have to do more to stop these attacks before they happen”
