‘ALBANY, NY (AP) – New York officials say there were 699 hate crimes statewide last year, up 2 percent from a year earlier. They were mainly incidents of vandalism, assault and intimidation basedon religious, racial, ethnic and sex biases.
The report says 31 percent of the hate crimes were anti-Jewish, 20 percent anti-black, 16 percent against male homosexuals and 8 percent against Hispanics…’

So–the current wave of mob violence against whites doesn’t qualify as “hate crimes”. Nossir, even though the groups of rampaging black thugs chant “get whitey” and “white girl bleeds a lot” etc etc. They’re merely making disinterested comments regarding skin pigmentation.
