‘A representative of the Iwi Chairs Forum said this morning that iwi should have state houses transferred to them for free.
..He said social housing was part of “post-modern capitalism” and he had concerns that if the market crashed and the value of houses went down, iwi would make a “significant loss”.
“Our starting point is they have no value,” he said, as there would be an ongoing obligation to support the families who lived in them…’
What “support” do Iwi give to maori families? What support those families get comes from the Kiwi taxpayer. Iwi have received hundreds of millions of dollars in assets and cash courtesy of the NZ taxpayer, yet they have to my knowledge built no housing for low-income maori families out of that largesse.
Given the maori record of nepotism and outright theft I doubt they ever will. This is merely a grab for more – as it always is – dressed up as some kind of social work.

Like something out of sci-fi classic Attack Of The 50 Foot Woman, today an unsuspecting New York woke up to find a giant Protein World ad towering above the city’s Times Square neighbourhood.
The now infamous, “Are you beach body ready?” ad – that provoked outrage amongst the easily-offended in London last month – is back; only this time it’s bolder and as big as a skyscraper at 42nd Street between 7th and 8th Avenues.
Three days ahead of its expected launch on Monday, in the early hours of this morning a picture of the ad was tweeted by its star, Australian supermodel with the teasing message: “What’s up Times Square”.
Below the ad, on the busy streets of Times Square, crowds of outraged Social Justice Warriors dropped their soya bean frappucinos – and beat a path to social media to begin another foam-flecked SJW crusade for “body-shaming justice”.
The company’s outspoken marketing boss Richard Staveley told Breitbart London: “It’s a big middle finger to everybody who bothered to sign that stupid petition in the UK. It’s a fat F-U to them all. You could say that the London protestors helped pay for the New York campaign”.
Staveley is referring to the 71,000 protestors who signed a petition that attempted to take down the London ad creative from the Tube. The company claimed the furore helped boost sales by £2million with 30,000 extra customers in two weeks…’

The principle is this. You show the target a picture linked with words or other pictures based on the associations you want to form. For instance, a picture of a woman with the word “independent”, or a picture of a Baltimore looter with the words “social justice activist”. While you show the target the picture you play a distinctive sound.

Later, when the target is sleeping, you play the same sound to reinforce the connections in their subconscious mind. See? It’s the science of personal improvement, and it’s not creepy at all, OK?
