Ya know, it seems to me the sum total of this type of legislation (NDAA, Patriot, etc.) almost does amount to a declaration of war by DC on the rest of the USA.
I don’t see how it can be viewed any other way, Gantt. But it’s not just DC, is it? There are enablers and followers all over, all through the courts and the bureaucracies of the various States.
On a more cheery note, as a long-time fine watch and fine linen shirts man, I just love how Remus writes about them.
