Open house

get in now and avoid the last-minute Christmas rush! The Wabbit household does that by ignoring  the whole thing, where possible, and shunning the places holidaymakers tend to screw up for the next month or so.

    It’s my little man’s 6th birthday today.
    feeling old…

    • KG says:

Happy birthday to him, Ciaron.
And you’ll get used to feeling old. The years fly past…..

      • Ciaron says:

Yeah, it’s scary how fast the time goes. Seems like a few months ago we were doing interviews with his school and now he’s finished his first year (and been moved up a class)

    • Andrei says:

If your feeling old now – what will be left to feel when you really are old?

My second oldest will be 22 on Sunday – that would be Christmas day

    • Scumsucker says:

      Happy birthday!!

Our son is 8 years old. They are lovely at this age…then school teachers start the indoctrination full time.

Teach him that greed (ie don’t be a poor government clone) is good!!!

The four stages of a mans life-
#1 you believe in Santa Claus
#2 you don’t believe in Santa Claus
#3 everyone thinks your Santa Claus
#4 you look like Santa Claus.

  3. KG says:

    #5 they just buried Santa!

  4. Scumsucker says:

Crusader Rabbit’s blog…the cure for David (Patsy) Farrar’s blog addicts!!!

  5. Andrei says:

In the mood for some fancy footwork – is called lezginka and is the coolest dances ever IMHO

  6. Andrei says:

Yes the wedding entertainment before the guests hit the dance floor – it part of a kids dance troop called Маленький джигит – Little Dzhigit, Dzhigit is a highly skilled horseman has the element of being cool in it – they are really good

THE AMAZING TAIL OF COMET LOVEJOY: Widespread reports of Comet Lovejoy’s tail are being received from around the southern hemisphere. The ghostly plume emerges just before sunrise, jutting vertically upward into the eastern sky ahead of the sun.

    • Robertvdl says:

My son is 19 now I look like Santa Claus that’s what they tell me, because I broke all the mirrors in the house, and yes time flies.

  8. Pix says:

I might be getting my first grandson today. Don’t talk to me about old. My eldest daughter is past due and starting to develop a few problems. Started labour two days ago, waters broke and then after six hours, labour stopped. Might end up with a c section yet. I really hope and pray that they both end up healthy and we all get the best Christmas present ever!

    • Andrei says:

God be with them and you

    • mort says:

if a mid wife has anything to do with the delivery, your Xmas will be ruined with an over cooked baby DOA. Get your daughter to demand the obstetrician cut the baby out, it is the only chance that baby has.

      • KG says:

        madwives……

      • mawm says:

There is enough info out there that shows a C-section is as safe, if not safer, than a normal delivery………..as long as you are not going to have lots of kids or try and push them out in the Islands after having had one section. But don’t tell your midwife as she has a vested interest in having women push babies out and the DHB’s have to try and stop sections allegedly because of cost. Normal delivery “at all costs” plays Russian roulette with the babies brain.

        • Robertvdl says:

Especially if it’s a boy. My son came that way and mother and son are just fine 19 years later.

  9. KG says:

Disclosure: Wabbit is not a fan of either babies or small children.

  10. KG says:

Mothers who push their baby forward to be admired, with that braindead simpering half-smile mothers seem to adopt when they’ve delivered a baby and they think they’ve done the cleverest thing in the world……..
    Get the dead-fish eye.
They just don’t seem to get that not everybody thinks babies are cute.

  11. The Gantt Guy says:

I have no words sufficient to describe my outrage at the following:

“No one questions that Havel, who went to prison twice, was a brave man who had the courage to stand up for his views. Yet the question which needs to be asked is whether his political campaigning made his country, and the world, a better place.

Havel’s anti-communist critique contained little if any acknowledgement of the positive achievements of the regimes of eastern Europe in the fields of employment, welfare provision, education and women’s rights. Or the fact that communism, for all its faults, was still a system which put the economic needs of the majority first.”

    (Emphasis mine)

    • Darin says:

Well we now know that Neil Clark is a lying lefty shit

“Havel’s anti-communist critique contained little if any acknowledgement of the positive achievements of the regimes of eastern Europe in the fields of employment, welfare provision, education and women’s rights. Or the fact that communism, for all its faults, was still a system which put the economic needs of the majority first.”

Does the f–king name Nicolae Ceaușescu mean anything to this commie ass kisser?

    • WAKE UP says:

      Whaaaaat?

  12. KG says:

It’s the Guardian. ‘Nuff said. I refuse to read it, link to it or take it seriously. Hell, these days even Pravda is a more even-handed reliable news source. Seriously.

  13. Darin says:

Oh,how sweet, the Navy has it’s first Lezzie homecoming kiss

    http://hamptonroads.com.nyud.net/2011/12/first-lesbian-couple-get-first-kiss-navy-homecoming

“In this case, that woman is 22-year-old Citlalic Snell. She’s a sailor herself, assigned to the destroyer Bainbridge, but today she’s in civilian clothes – jeans, boots and a stylish leather jacket. Watching pierside as the Oak Hill pulls into port, she absentmindedly twists the small diamond ring on her left hand. ”

Oh,just heart warming I tells ya,….I gotta go puke

  14. Darin says:

After that we need some good music-

    Merry Xmas to all

Something to bring in the new year from our favourite pals.

  16. KG says:

Based on interviews of twenty immigrants??? WTF??
Even by the usual standards of this pack of arseholes–if “standards” isn’t too kind a word–that’s bloody ridiculous. And how were the interviewees selected?
Even if this is accurate, then it’s no more than an indicator that immigrants shouldn’t be allowed into the country unless they have a firm job offer. But no, it has to be painted as the fault of those horrible racist Kiwis…now wait for the call for “affirmative action”…
I’d like to see that waste of space Spoonley breaking rocks in the Auckland Islands.

    • Octagongrappler says:

Thats what I cant understand KG?

Spoonley says immigrants dont compete with kiwis for jobs!! Well the resident system means you get points and a resident visa before arrival, and then you can access Education, welfare and Healthcare as well.

And you dont have to have a job offer!! Once here they can apply for any job they like. Its a Ponzi scheme and an ethnic engineering policy. Yep Affirmitive action will be next!! :o

  17. KG says:

“Its a Ponzi scheme and an ethnic engineering policy..”
You got it, mate. Right there.

    • Octagongrappler says:

The thing is what back to back govt in NZ have done is nothing short of treason!! Why are they allowing this to happen and why were the people of NZ not consulted on this.

Why import hordes from the 3rd world what is the agenda!! :x
