  4. I feel quite certain that if he were ever found to be ineligible for the Presidency, the establishment would issue a ruling that he was sworn in as President, so he is, even if he would not have been if the facts had been investigated thoroughly. President he will remain.

  10. He doesn’t show up,will he be on the ballot in GA,come November?That’s what I want to see.What happens if this all plays out and more than one state does the same making it impossible for him to win the election.?

  11. Interesting … Emperor Soetero refused to appear. And the Judge has decided to rule on the case without his input. He even hinted to Barry’s lawyers that if he chose to not make an appearance he would not like the outcome, but Barry obviously believes the Executive is not subject to the Judiciary.

    I like that they’re firing all their guns and not just relying on the fake birth certificate.

    Assuming he is found to be ineligible in GA, one assumes the other State Supreme Courts will use the GA decision as precedent. It wouldn’t take many disqualifying him for him to use it as the constitutional crisis he craves as his excuse to indefinitely postpone the elections, would it?

          • The recess appointments Obummer made while the congress wasn’t in recess have stacked the NLRB -National Labor Relations Board with Pro-Union members who now want things like Employers names,home phone numbers and street addresses.It’s the Chicago way :roll:
