‘In QLD we currently pay about $48/hr base (based on 7yrs post Grad) plus 15% for lates, 20% for nights, 50% for Sat and 75% for Sun. +airfares and free accommodation. Rates for NSW are about $3 an hr less, however there are a number of allowances in NSW that aren’t afforded to you in QLD. ‘
