    I would rather ask “What idiot published the report?” Given the authors, I would expect nothing else but what about the news outlet that pushed it? There is where the malfeasance lies.

    Underscores the critical importance of a 360 degree evaluation of any “scientific” report in this area of voodoo. Most particularly, the identities and thus the values and track records of authors are fundamental to assessing findings’ validity.

    In short: Never mind the bollocks in the report, who are the Sex Pistols who constructed it?

    Not a Biologist,Hydrologist or even Meteorologist among them let alone an IQ over 50 :roll If there was justice in this world those people would be relegated to cleaning public toilets and picking up trash along the road,two positions where they actually would contribute to humanity instead of leeching off it.
