My suspicion is that “loopholes” for Mrs. Clinton include our Second Amendment.
UN bureaucrats are working to “build consensus,” and when they’re sure the treaty includes the demands of petty tyrants worldwide, I fear that Clinton and Obama will do everything in their power to force it through the US Senate sometime before the upcoming election.

Turkey established its gun control laws in 1911, utilizing them to arrest and exterminate some 1.5 million Armenians between 1915 and 1917.
The Soviet Union prohibited citizen gun ownership in 1929 which in turn contributed to somewhere between 20 and 62 millions citizen “dissidents” being rounded up, imprisoned and exterminated.
In 1938, the Nazi Party implemented strict gun control enabling them to collect and exterminate approximately 13 million Jews between 1939 and 1945.
After invading Poland in 1939, the Nazi forces utilized pre-war gun registration lists to both confiscate firearms and arrest their owners. Thereafter they were free to round up the Jews for the Warsaw Ghetto and ship them off to concentration camps.
Gun control laws introduced in 1956 allowed Cambodia police and military forces to arrest around 21 million professionals and intellectuals and exterminate them.

At this point I don’t see that compromise and elections are going to work in America any better than the compromise of 1854 worked to head off civil war.
If the Right wins the presidency and Congress as the smart money predicts, the Left is going to go absolutely bat shit crazy, because they will know the only way to effect socialist change in the USA is by civil war.

The Rightist shit is going to hit the fan big time and all sorts of things are possible – a new Confederacy of 25 to 30 states, for example.
I don’t have a timeline, but mass insurrection could break out as early as next spring, but almost certainly within the next few years.
I don’t see any other way, Michael. Reason won’t do it and the ballot box certainly won’t.
I would say this is another meaningless piece of UN nonsense since most nations will simply ignore it,but not us here in the US and these traitors will look for any excuse to enforce the “treaty”

SOL…most of us here did indeed see this coming even before the Kenyan was sworn in. He made no secret of his disdain for true freedom and that is why gun sales in the US have tripled since.

A Treaty that has been ratified becomes a law. Any law that violates the Constitution is null and void. I wonder if the 9 crows will find it unconstitutional, but if they don’t it is civil war.

True–but the U.S. has any number of laws and regulations which violate the Constitution already. There’s no reason to suppose this will be any different.
The trashing of the Fourth Amendment is evidence enough of that.
