Redbaiter, on the Kim Dotcom fiasco and NZ’s so-called “right” wing:

‘..What a completely hopeless bunch of directionless unprincipled losers the so called NZ right really is. And if you were ever in any doubt as to their abject ineffectiveness, the National Party under John Key especially, you only have to observe the way they have been, in this case, so utterly out-manouvered by the left…’    The rest of it HERE

    Thanks for the link KG.

The NZ Justice Dept and Security agencies, fully employed as Obama/ Hollywood lackies.

  2. KG says:

Embarrassing, isn’t it? What’s even more embarrassing is the almost total lack of awareness among the NZ “right” about the legal and political conventions which are supposed to safeguard liberty.
Apparently those things may be dumped whenever convenient – or when the victim of tyranny and incompetence is somebody they dislike or disapprove of.
Which is the attitude of spoiled products of a socialist cesspit. :rant

“What’s even more embarrassing is the almost total lack of awareness among the NZ “right” about the legal and political conventions which are supposed to safeguard liberty.”

Exactly. Apparently such things are completely foreign to them. I knew they were a long way down the tube, but really. This far?? WTF has been going on?

  4. KG says:

    “WTF has been going on?”
Mass indoctrination, courtesy of the MSM and the edjamacashun indoctribot hatcheries.

  5. Cadwallader says:

This has been a monumental fuck-up. If Key wants to regain any dignity over this, (the spies he is meant to be in charge of) he must sack the so-called managers of these spies plus the minister in charge…and we know who that is! To parade the excuse that they received defective information is not an excuse, if these spies had any competence they’d have known to check the info, then double-check the info.

  6. KG says:

Yep. But of course, it will fade into the background just as soon as the latest media sensation arrives. And the public’s 5 nanosecond attention span will shift to Madonna’s bared nipple or something equally riveting….

Meanwhile … Murray McCully is in effect telling the Christian Syrians to accept their demise, in his speech to the UN.
    Cowardly clown.

    • KG says:

      Gawd, they needed to, Os!
      But..this is a worry:
“McGrath said the Libertarianz were ready to tone down the image in an attempt to appeal to more voters. He admits mistakes were made with the party image and a new marketing approach is needed.”

Image? Marketing? The image isn’t the bloody problem so much as an insane belief in unfettered free markets and a lunatic immigration policy.

      • Oswald Bsatable says:

When they learn that they can’t have it all and dump some of their loony toon policies, they may actually get somewhere.

        • KG says:

Exactly. I spent a long time arguing some of this stuff on Cresswell’s site a year or so ago, but eventually the dogged ideological purity shtick just got irritating.

        • Cadwallader says:

The problem for the Libz is that they regard freedom as being indivisible. This is a pure and worthy ethic but unfortunately adherence to it, relegates them to being unelectable. I believe the Libz ought never to have become a political party but rather remained a ginger group which could have inseminated some of the other parties.

  8. Paul Marsden says:

For the record. Key was in the loop and knew about this all along. Watch this space..

  9. Flashman says:

On Day One it was apparent that the NZ end was mesmerized by the opportunity to leg-hump the sleazy denizens of American “law enforcement”.

You can just imagine the scene:
“Hey Boss Bro! We got an email from the FBI demanding we arrest some fat rich German guy who they charge is copying Hollywood shit.”
“What!? Who cares if that’s a civil case, the F-B-I has contacted US! That’s the FBI, team! Oh man! Is that cool or what? Man, Oh Man will that be great on our CV’s or what! Little ol’ New Zealand gets to work with the FBI! I’m about to shoot my wad!!”
“So you wanna get this rolling Boss Bro?”
“You bet mate! I want a full-on co-operation effort here. And we must amp up the media coverage. I want black helicopters, ninja teams, big pressers where I get to wear my Big Gold Hat indoors. Hey and let’s get some of those snazzy bullet-proof vests with letters on the back like they have on those American cop-procedural TV shows.”
“Gotcha Boss Bro. I’ll get the ball rolling a-sap. I suggest we call a full-on team meeting in about an hour to nut out the prelims.”
“Good idea mate. Hell! The FBI! Gotta tell you, right now I’ve got blue balls just thinking about this action. I fact I gotta get to the toilet for 10. The wood for NCIS-type action is just killing me and I gotta let it go.”
“10-4 Boss Bro. Hey should we get some foxy chick into the team? If we’re gonna do the Hollywood cop thing… Boss Bro??”

  10. mawm says:

Oops, someone has leaked Shonky’s proposed secret meeting with the Hollywood studio bosses. Shades of sending Sharples to NY to covertly sign the indigenous peoples treaty?

    • The Gantt Guy says:

“Chur, bro. Thanks for sorting that Kraut fucker for us. And those arsehole tax bastards. Where shall we send the bag-man?”

  11. KG says:

” Key today said such suggestions were “nonsense”.

“There’s a few people that live in a fantasy land who have conspiracy theories,” he told Newstalk ZB. ..”

Yeah, that’s right. Conspiracy theories. Sure.
Funny how it’s always a conspiracy theory….until it turns out, some way down the track, to have been true.

    • oswald bastable says:

A paraniod conspiracy theory that makes no rational sense (why would they do THAT!)- right up to where the train unloads you at the camp…
