And as always, as Britain goes, so do we. Consider Brit politics over the past twenty years and how we’ve followed suit. Below the fold is what we too can expect, should resistance to the islamists and collectivists become more vocal.
‘Kevin Carroll, British Freedom and the English Defence League are currently undergoing a relentless joint assualt from our political opponents and cyber criminal hackers.
On Wednesday night Bedfordshire PCC candidate Kevin Carroll was confronted in a Biggleswade side street by four black-clad men, one of them believed to be carrying a knife.
Mr Carroll, who is standing for the British Freedom party in next week’s Police and Crime Commissioner elections, had been out leafleting the Bedfordshire town with a colleague during the afternoon, and had decided to stay on for a few more hours after the colleague had returned home at 6pm. At around 8.30pm he was walking in a dark close off Mead End near the A6001 in the south of the town when he heard “a powerful sounding engine” behind him. A black Range Rover pulled up and one of the occupants leaned out of the window saying, “We’ve been looking for you, Mr Carroll”.
Sensing a dangerous situation, he began making his way back to the main road, at which point all four occupants – whom he described as young males of Asian appearance – left the vehicle and began following him, saying that they “just wanted to talk”.
Carroll said: “I knew I had a serious problem when one of the men held out his left hand in greeting – nobody shakes hands with their left hand – and saw a glint of a metallic object in his right, which he was trying to conceal. I’m sure it was a knife.”
The confrontation is the latest of a series of hostile actions against Kevin Carroll during the election campaign. Earlier this week, his two large billboard posters in Luton were vandalised – one stripped away completely and the other daubed with offensive graffiti which has now also been completely removed.
Kevin’s campaign website and the British Freedom website have both come under sustained assault from attackers and have had to be temporarily closed down, making it impossible for voters to view his manifesto online. This ‘Dedicated Denial of Service’ attack has put both websites out of action for almost an entire week in the run up to the election. This is sadly an all too familiar occurance that the left and Islamists appear to favour at election times. If it were a ‘mainstream’ party’s website you could expect uproar in the media and immediate police action, but in our case it goes completely ignored and even applauded by those who detest democracy in the United Kingdom in 2012.
Also, last night the English Defence League website’s domain name was ‘hijacked’ and is now in the hands of ‘ZHC’ – an Islamist hacking community. The website itself and the server remains safe and untouched, but we have had to purchase a new domain name – http://englishdefenceleague.net – until such time as we can force control of the .org domain name back again.
Kevin has been excluded from public meetings – most notably one held recently in Flitwick by Victim Support, and has been subjected to a barrage of negative campaigning and misinformation by Labour candidate Olly Martins. In addition, left-wing extremists have printed and distributed tens of thousands of defamatory leaflets.
“I’m not so bothered by attacks and abuse from political opponents”, said Carroll, “those things I can handle”. “What really concerns me is that Bedfordshire voters are being denied the chance to hear what I have to say. How can an election be democratic when one of the candidates is effectively gagged and denied a public platform? We seem to be losing freedom of speech in this country. Isn’t that what our fallen soldiers – the heroes we’ll be remembering this weekend – fought and died for?”
In the final few days of Kevin’s campaign we really need to push as hard as we can. We need to make a stand against the corruption, intimidation, abuse and down right criminal actions of those we peacefully, democratically and legally oppose. These attacks have caused unexpected and heavy financial costs that leaves us severely financially strained for out final election push. Please make a contribution and help us to see this through. Control the message people hear and you control the democratic process. Lenin figured that out over 100 years ago and nobody puts that into practice like today’s left. There is no room for discussion, only demonization with an eye towards driving opposing thought from the public square. On this side of the pond, we had the most blatantly biased MSM in the history of our elections. Anything that did not shine positively on Obama simply did not make it into the news. Indeed, to give you but one example, back in 2004, during the Iraq War when the Abu Gharib prison scandal broke out – a scandal that did not come within 4 degrees of separation with the White House – the NYT ran front page stories on Abu Gharib for 32 consecutive days. When the Benghazi scandal broke – one which directly implicated the White House – the NYT ran zero – I say again, zero – front page stories.
There has to be a way to stop this kind of stuff. Conservatives really need to take a page from the left and adopt not collective action. There needs to be organized action to punish these bastards right where it hurts – optics for politicians, the pocketbook for all those that support them.

But how, GW? I used to think that boycotts might work, but the media is now pretty much immune to them, and besides, the politicians will simply use our money to prop them up anyway.
In the course of my job I drive all over Auckland City, visiting a different suburb every week, and find the experience fascinating and instructive. I can gain the confidence of Newmarket, Remuera richionistas as well as the bennie, barefooted, rotten toothed and credulous inhabitants of Clendon. Why? Because I am classless, curious, not PC and prepared to ask simple questions.
The left have been doing this for a long time now and their enemies have simply turned the other cheek.
At some point some will decide that it’s time to pay them back, wounded animals with nothing to lose can be very, very dangerous, when that day comes, you won’t see many tears being shed.
