Army Gen. Martin Dempsey, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff:
(if) “a particular standard is so high that a woman couldn’t make it, the burden is now on the service to come back and explain…why is it that high?  Does it really have to be that high?”

    …yep..if she could carry the same load as me,shoot as straight,wallow in the mud,adapt to the surroundings e.g. sweltering rain forest, 40 deg heat and continual dampness…FFS,it was hard enough on us males..tinea,webrot,heatrash,heatstroke etc.

    But sure as hell,we could still maintain the standard expected….point being there are some places where female combatants should not venture.

    …but i suppose some female will jump up and down and scream blue murder till she gets what she wants…rot in all the wrong places.
