   A court in Australia has awarded a morbidly obese man more than £230,000 in damages from a family doctor who failed to refer him to a weight-loss clinic or send him for lap-band surgery.

   It’s much worse than this. He blames the Dr for his liver disease as well. So you can eat and drink yourself to death…………and it is your doctors fault. This is the death knell for Australian healthcare as cost will sky-rocket because doctors will over-investigate to protect themselves.
