If she saw what i see every day in Manukau , ie brown people smoking in cars with kids , i think she would STFU lest she offend her constituents right to freely smoke a legal product in the confines of a privatley owned car , etc.
I prefer EDUCATION (if your so frickin dumb) to not smoke in the car with kids, to banning outright , it really is quite simple.
