    Over here it’s possible to ruin a business because your competition wants you out or someone has their eye on your property or wants to go into the same business by buying up yours at the bankruptcy auction.In all of these lawyers,politicians and bureaucrats are involved looking after their own business.

    It would be one thing if there was legal remedy for this,but there isn’t.Government involvement is there to guarantee no legal action is either taken,or successful against the perpetrators.It would be one thing *IF* monetary damages could be recovered as a remedy,but I am betting that is impossible.

    IMHO natural justice is all there is left,that environmental attorney should be found hanging.Si vis pacem, para bellum!
