In it’s day, this car was a huge advance in race car technology, almost as much as the W125 was, pre-war.

    I would like to see the fuel injection system.IIRC that was when Benz first started attempting mechanical fuel injection.It was an engineering nightmare,but worked well when it did.http://falfn.com/CrusaderRabbit/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/icons/wpml_good.gif

    Have you seen the size of the mechanical fuel injection in the W100 Chassis ( Pullman )with the original 6.3litre engine……huge.
